I and my family are also from Norman Oklahoma. My neighbor told me about y’all story and she told me to look it up on Instagram and it instantly broke my heart and I just cried. My heart goes out to your family and I pray baby JJ gets justice. Stay strong momma and dad.
These people shouldn't have kids either, when u hear him say he was in the shower, mom was in the kitchen, mom assumed he was inside and he wasn't, then dad heard noise, ran to the window, then ran outside..if he was inside it wouldn't have happened, it's like blaming the car when ur kid was playing in traffic but u thought he was in the backyard...if u wanna play a game simply post what I said above on his Instagram, youll be blocked in 2 min..bc he doesn't want people to know , his account has also changed a bunch over time too..says alot

@user-xz3vb5kd6c i understand where youre coming from but it was also only 30 seconds. all of that damage in 30 seconds. he couldve been playing in the yard with his dad outside and if the dad went to grab something from the car for less than a MINUTE, he would still get mauled. their kids dont deserve to be locked up inside the house all day bc theres a chance a neighbors reactive dog might jump over their fence. im not saying negligence is okay but this was a very small time window in which everything happened.

I’ve followed this wonderful family since the beginning of it all. I pray so so hard for them everyday! They have such amazing souls and are so brave. Nothing about going through something like this is easy. As parents we work so hard to do everything to see our children shine! When something like this happens, you just wanna blame yourself. They need laws for this. Wild animals leave in the wild and humans know that, bad humans go to jail if they hurt someone or they should, some animals are not just wild are extremely dangerous and should live in a supervised centers not in homes or communities. If an animal is bad and attacks a human should be put down.
I truly agree if an animal attacks a human should be put down. Poor baby jj it breaks my heart to know what he went thru but he is strong and God is watching over him. God bless the family

There needs to be stricter laws for owning a dog. I'm sorry, but they're not just harmless, cuddly creatures. They need serious training and to be carefully watched and kept on a leash. Stuff like this is far too common.
There needs to be a trial to see if these people should be allowed kids...they say blatantly that dad was in the shower, mom assumed the kid was inside, he was not! And she was in the kitchen, that little boy left unattended to be munched on, they even say dad had enough time to hear noise, run to the window, then run outside and help, this is like blaming the car when ur kid was playing in traffic..this is all for sympathy she even says here, "to top ot of we had no power from a snow storm" like cmon just pouring out with the feel bad for us, mean while if he was inside, attended too, safe, this woulda never happened, same reason u don't hear them talk about a court case, just pics for the cops..cuz a defense lawyer would eat them up and they prob loose more then they wanted to in the end

I’ve been watching baby jrs story since you first posted on Instagram and it just has me thinking as a mother of 4 and a stay at home mom what Can really happen sometimes with people who just aren’t taking responsibility of there pets , I rember being attack by my neighbors Rottweilers when I was a kids and they were told so many time to keep them locked up and never did , baby jj is a strong boy and I’m so happy that he is recovery better everyday I’ll keep you guys in my heart and be watching how baby jj progresses ❤️❤️❤️

I am so sorry this happened to JJ I was just chased by 2 unmuzzled Pit Bull Terrors released by "The Omen" (1976) 13 days ago myself. I stopped, turned around and said, "you better stop". They both stopped. Unfortunately, I did twist my ankle to where I could not walk. I had to limp home. I took a trip to the emergency room the following day for that reason. Nothing was broken. I have since recovered and am now able to walk normally. I never want to, but I thought I was going to have to put both beasts down. Pit Bull Terrors are not referred to as "Death Row Dogs" (2008) without reason. This is because Pit Bull Terrors are not dogs, regardless of how adorable, cute, friendly, precious or sweet they may appear. Pit Bull Terrors are actually ferocious, ravenous, relentless, bloodthirsty hybrid/monsters, also referred to as mutants that were bred to search, chase, attack and kill their prey as quickly as possible. Monsters do what monsters do whether two-legged or four-legged. They were produced by mating an Old English Bull dog with an Old English Terrier dog which is a very dangerous mix. Unlike Man, dogs "Goofy - Man's Best Friend" (1952) are not living soul. Also my dog never is off a chain when we let her out. She is put in a cage or in bedroom also and when anyone comes to my house. Never would have her, inherited her because my daughter and her boyfriend broke and were going to put her in a shelter. So we rescued and love her but she hates kids and will bite
How are the owners of the dog not paying for every medical expense and therapy ??? They should be indebted to them for life !
