Tomorrow is my Day 5 tryning.....when i did number 2 after next day i didnt wear a shirt becouse of pain because before starting 2nd day jym i did't did the CARDIO that why ...now sunny bhai i am doing cardio for 10 to 15 minute first then i move to the routine excercise now Alhamdolillah i am good even i am doing extra exercise also..... Thanks for inspere me just becouse of you and one other guy inspire me to go JYM know i am very happy i am going everyday by routine and know i am used too now exercise is easy

On my 1st day in gym, I was straightaway asked to train using machines without any stretching etc. Luckily I found these videos on UA-cam and now am completely following the routine suggested by you..
