Whats the point of having 34e? I requested for 858e and 969e and both got rejected with reason being both alr ply mostly express routes but isnt having 34e having another 858 but with express fares? Sounds dumb
CRLe interim service that is going into the bin if demand isn't sustainable after MRT opening they don't want to intro 858e and 969e (like as permanent services) cos they're super particular about farebox recovery rate express sectors are considered dead mileage according to them so they worsen the FRR the only expressway service with over 100% FRR (profiting in other words) is 89e, even if you take into account that 89's FRR is often under reported and 89e being over reported - since 89e's fleet is like "subcon" from 89
cos it's highly unlikely that they make 34 go teck lee or northshore (any amendment to 34 would affect 34e too) if you do that you have to push 104 to cover new punggol road instead of northshore i'm only sure of 117 and 383's routes
Only possible if you make drastic road configurations to Hougang St 11 and Upper Paya Lebar Road junction (it's left in left out) otherwise you can only serve St 11 towards Hougang
Since Hougang St 11 is both double decker and bendy bus restricted You have to run single deckers at super high frequencies if you combine 53M and 113 - if you have the resources and demand to sustain it (just like svc142 and 238) then i think it's worth a go
