I'm confident that UA-cam only suggested this to me because you guys were shirtless, but this was incredibly helpful. I did a mobility drill at the gym today based on something I saw in one of your videos yesterday, and it contributed to a much better workout than my last few.
Would have been very helpful to see the trainer do the defensive slides between the seems on the astroturf and then see it broken down on the camera in slow motion... as a frame of reference to what the Lost Breed was doing.
Also when forming a warmup, is it based on what muscle group or function you’re working and that’s how you choose your warmup exercises? And should it always be around 8-10 min?
none of this exercises help build a dominant fast twitch sprinters ham. (says a guy who had crazy speed). Some help a bit on lateral strength, but NOT lateral speed.

These drills are a lot like the drills we do in tennis camps. Tennis players do a lot of lateral movement.

When warming up, do an upper body warmup for upper training (this brings the blood to the upper body)
And do the same for legs.
