You’re supposed to wait and then it will do its thing and then it’s gonna put you in the garage, your warehouse garage and then you do whatever you want
The starter pack gives you 1mil and properties plus a special skin. The 4mill you get is to help kick start you now since starting gta back in the use to be a shit ton harder then it is now
