  • 📫 This is extremely soft and fluffy milk bread.
    Plus, you need only 6 ingredients, and very easy to make.
    The characteristic of this bread is that don't bake too much.
    You should bake it very light brown color.

    🎵 Oven
    Bake in 170℃ / 338℉ preheated oven for about 10~12 mins
    🎵 Ingredients | 12ea
    ▷ milk 215g
    ▷ instant dry yeast 5g (1+1/2tsp)
    ▷ sugar 30g (2Tbsp+1tsp)
    ▷ salt 5g (1tsp)
    ▷ melted butter 30g
    ▷ bread flour 300g
    🎵 How to make cream buns (for 12ea)
    1. Mix 360g of cold fresh cream(=whipping cream) and 36g of sugar firmly with hand mixer on medium to high speed.
    The whipped cream should be mixed hard enough to make it easy to put in the bread.
    (✔ Note: The amount above is for 12 cream buns. So, if you are making 4 buns, prepare the cream with 120g of whipped cream + 12g of sugar, if you are making 8 buns, prepare the cream with 240g + 24g of sugar.)
    2. Prepare fresh cream in a piping bag.
    3. Make holes in the bottom of the bread with a knife. At this time, as you rotate the knife, it feels like it makes space for the cream to go inside the bread.
    4. Fill with cream so that the total weight of bread + cream is about 70g.
    (If the cream comes out, don't put it anymore. It's because there isn't enough space inside the bread. So please make more space with a knife.)
    5. Keep cream buns in fridge for 3~4days.

    Put it in a food container and store it at room temperature.
    It is delicious to eat within 3 days.
    Or, when the bread is fresh, it is frozen and then naturally defrosts and have it.
