Sponge dough:

1 egg
50 g of sour cream
260 g of flour

a pinch of salt
Curd-sour cream filling:
150 g sour cream
150 g of cottage cheese
120 g of sugar
1 egg
30 g of corn starch
1 h. л. vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
300 g of frozen blackberries or other berries
