Finally gaming is almost to the point where I can create my envision reality for gaming.. I'm hoping to start working with a Non Profit Starter Assist company this year and next to lay the foundation for my studio which will be Unreal driven and I plan on working with Unreal and their Dev's to push this technology even further.. They're very close, but I actually demand more for my next generation of games and not just visuals.. I have a simple game envisioned that currently no studio is working on, and only few have come close to truly utilizing. I hope it will be funny, as well as fun and it will be graphic friendly.. The goal of the game will not be to push graphics but to change the mindset of current game developers and transition past this stagnancy of recycled games with just better graphics. Don't get me wrong.. They look beautiful.. Now I want my games to play beautifully. I wish I could tell you what I have planned..

Hardware wise we will have many iterations of apples headset and have psvr3 along side meta quest 5. all headsets will have eye tracking, Full body tracking should be cheaply mass commercialized with all controllers having pro controllers level of tracking and meta at least will standardize face tracking. Just before the pandemic I was on my way by train from Stockholm to Gothenburg in Sweden and I overheard Teddy Bergsman (founder of Quixel) talking on the phone with somebody about the possibilities with what they are doing. When I see this presentation I really understand some of the things he mentioned in his conversation. It's mindblowing what you can do.
Must HAVE. "Must of" is not a thing and makes no sense. "Must of" comes from people not reading and only hearing the abbreviation, "must've" and then they spell it phonetically. "Must of" makes zero sense; it's not just grammatically wrong, it literally makes NO SENSE. A thing can only HAVE come, it can't "OF come".
Another example what we never see in real games. Engines gets more and more advanced offering better picture quality meanwhile games don't tend to fully utilize engine's potential.
old titles could be an massive thing in the future ! imagine some of the best story games ever that were cinematic in that time but imagine it in that engine like metal gfear solid 1 .... im sure we are heading into a crazy future werer the games will celebrate a kind of revival in new graphics

I think what they did not account or emphasize in the car emulation is resistance/limited engine power. The car speed does not seem to be afftected by obstacles, that is why it appears "light". Debri from wheels and dust is also minimal, plus suspension damping seems too perfect.
For me it was when he drove over the first large rock and it moved independently of everything else and then at 2:57 when the leaf fell in the truck bed and then didn't fall to the ground, because aint no body got time for non-realistic or un-immersive gaming. As good as the terrain looks , the problem is when generated it’s 90% static, I think the next step has to be wind currents, like generating a gentle stream , there’s always a breeze , that like a flipped current affect , working top down , something always moves on the extreme leaves , or light plant, they have weight which dictates it’s degree of movement, without it it looks artificial this is where I feel experts can see if they can truly create a realistic model on demand hopefully before unreal 6.5
Τhis plus the thing that makes this look not real........ the colours which give an acrylic painting effect. They have to fix colours as well as terrain weight effect.
