Though I seldom eat out, It drives my husband crazy while I am trying to decide on a menu item and almost always end up eating the same thing. This made me laugh. Found this video 20 months after it aired. Just realized there's such as thing as highly sensitive people and I'm one. Great class. Enjoyed it. Wasn't able to get fully relaxed though because I have an 18 month old baby pulling on me.
I find beauty in the world. I can relate so much to every things you say about highley sensitive people. Specially the speed of things. Even bying a pair of shoes can take months just to decide pros and cons. 😆 But on the other hand it's well thought throug and I'm not disappointed. Thank you for bringing beauty to the world.
I find beauty in the world. Enjoyed this class. Very relaxing and I felt my chi shifting. Lately I have found it hard to slow down and do yin classes. I’m glad that I did this one. I need to convince my brain that it’s good for my body to slow down. I actually enjoy playing soft music all day long in my home as it blocks out the small irritating sounds like street noise or the fridge, etc...I also sleep with soft music too. I look forward to continuing this series. 🙏♥️😊

I have been doing yoga with Aprille Walker on line from the Ranger studio. I love that you are doing it in Nature. And las , I am also a high sensitive person. The facts and research you shared is also really valuable. My 16 year old daughter is studying Psychology; this class would be excellent for her to watch and choose this subject for one of her assessments. Thank you.
I find beauty in the world...I never considered myself "highly sensitive" but after taking taking Dr. Aron's self-test, I think it's quite possible. My husband always gets on me for not paying attention during long drives, as I've always either napped or had my nose buried in a book as the scenery flashes by; maybe that's because it's just too much. At the beginning of every extended length of time off - spring or summer break etc., my body literally shakes for about 3 days as it releases stress and tension. I've actually come to the conclusion, on this whatever day of "coronacation" we're at, and the level of stress that I DON'T presently have, that I need to make some significant changes in my work situation; I can't go back to seven different classes a day and two bosses and a life that's dictated by a government-established agenda.
wow Hannah...so many insights ....it is amazing how many people have had similar thoughts about their station in life and have decided to make changes following the coronacation :) take care and be safe :)

Is there a good, simple book that gives the info about the unbalanced meridians? I love the Yin poses that work with that, but I love yin period. Can't thank you enough for all you do for us.
typically the info on the meridians is wisdom pulled from several sources but I'm so pleased that you're finding them easy to digest...that's always my goal :) :) :)
After a very highstrung week, I feel so much calmer. Thank you, this class and the serie come at an excellent moment in time. I find beauty in the world! 🌼🌼🌼 (I took the test and qualify as HSP. I believe I put that HSP in a closet for so long it is just about to break free...)
