Every time I watch one of your videos, I'm in awe. You're such a talented artist! :) I hope someday that I might be able to get a MH doll and send her off to you for a faceup. Your MH dolls always look so beautiful! * 3*
stuck home with pneumonia watches these videos almost all day long. these videos are so awesome, i really want to try doing this! this made me feel better about being stuck in bed, so amazing to watch
I love the transformations! If you didn't have both of them next to each other you wouldn't think they were the same dolls at all. Your reinvention gives her life.
I've always wanted to do face-ups, but my mum expects me to fail. I've established myself as quite a failure to her. I guess I have to wait five years until I am able to move out. Swell.
(this is my fiance's account that share, so this is not him haha I'm actually 'Bee Trent' on here) Hang in there!! I was nothing but a failure to my mom; no matter how well I thought I did, or how much improvement i felt as though I had made when with her, she was never once proud of me. She only noticed the negatives, and the positives were so short lived that I felt like I could never do anything right. I truly felt worthless. At one point I contemplated suicide, -knowing- that my -own mother- would never accept or love me for who I am, or be proud of what I do. Believe me. It gets so much better. Life is so much brighter when you have loving and supporting people to surround you. I don't know you, but here's my email- bee.trent16@gmail.com I firmly believe that no child should feel as though they are a failure, because all children are beautiful. Feel free to contact me if you ever need to talk. (again, sorry for this being on my SO's account! I hope to hear from you) have a lovely day- hang in there :)
You're not a fail. I thought I was too, and my mom treated me as such also. I wanted to be an artist, never wanted anything else. My mom wanted me to do other things that were "worth the time". I am 34 now, and I just bought my own house with a studio for me to do my work in. It was a long hard road to get to this point, and I have a lot ahead of me, but as long as I keep working my butt off and giving it my best, I never failed! You'll get there too, no matter what is in your way, if you want it bad enough.
Aw... You two are so lovely! Another reason why she thinks I might fail is because I have no talent, art just doesn't come to me and it is disheartening. Maybe I will learn to draw like I wish, who knows.
Pratice the grey scale, draw everyday, learn to draw what you see! That's the big one! You need to train your brain to draw what your looking at and not what you think it looks like! I think that's the hardest part. We have this idea of what an everyday object looks like, and we try to fit that in with what we're drawing, that's wrong, stop that, draw what you ARE looking at. Then draw it again, and again, until it looks right. A light touch is something to practice as well. You can do that easy, just draw a softly curving line, adding pressure as you get towards the end, so it goes smoothly from lightest to dakest, try to follow the same line over and over. I know that sounds boring, but it will help you in two ways, to be able to control your movment, and to control your pressure. It's all about pressure and control, and that is something anyone can learn! Do these things everyday, for as much time as you can spare, ideally for an hour or more. Drawing tutorials online is a GREAT source btw, it's paid by monthly, but worth it if you can afford it, if not, UA-cam is a wealth of free info and there are many great vidoes here that even I STILL use. That's the thing about any skill, never stop learning, there's always more to be done, you're never perfect. You can do this.
Please try! You can see from the start of the videos that you can take the paint right off again :) If we never fail, we never get better. And even if we're not as good as Andreja, it doesn't mean it's not fun or relaxing to do! Art doesn't come easily to me at all either but I still love it.
Автор, Вы не представляете, какое милашество Вы создаете своими золотыми руками!!! Очень классная кукла, все так мило=З Когда смотришь в глаза этой куклы, прямо тонешь в этой красоте=))))))))
I had seen before this kind of re-painting dolls, but I had never seen the process behind it, its amazing! I love watching your videos, its really wonderful and relaxing
Your dolls are amazing i usually thought that monster high dolls are a bit strange on how their faces look like but the way you transform then into something beautiful is just amazing
I just recently started collecting them, but second-hand dolls, since I'm not exactly rich, and I've decided to repair those that are broken, fix hair and things like that. maybe one day I'll repaint one. Let me tell you one thing: you're an amazing artist, and an inspiration. I'm subscribing.

Just like toylandactions said , she removed it with tweezers, but also re-rooted the whole thing a different color. takes afew days , maybe even a week.
Pastel Rott no it was pretty easy tho it didn't take a week not even a day you should watch MyFroggyStuff she has very good tutorials how to make doll stuff and custom dolls
+DualWieldKnifeGun I. Somebody who doesn't have the mentality of a 6 year old in the comments section? You've saved my life, AND my sanity. I'd give you a lifetime supply of sandwiches, sadly I'm not rich enough for that.
wow that is truly amazing... you are such an inspiration to me :) it has so much details and it makes me go "WOW beautiful" ever time i watch your videos. You take these dolls and make them more gorgeous than they already are

Beautiful ..your dolls eyes have so much depth to them they look like real eyes ..and although you do not put false eyelashes on like a lot do ,your face painting is so exelent and the eyelashes look natural too ..so clever 😀

Hi. I bought some Faber-Castell watercolours to have a go at face ups (using brats doll) but so far the pencils arent really taking to the face... do I need to apply a coat of mr. Super clear before I start drawing on her face or could there be something else i am doing wrong?
Hello Nicole 😊 I'm not sure if you've been asked before but have you tried drawing on their bodies. I know it's quite not your style but I think delicate flowers and curve like figures would be great with your delicate drawing technique. I'm truly a fan, this is beautiful art and I'd like to try it myself some day 😀
I have wanted to do this.... you are a inspiration to me at this moment (can't afford ball joints but I can this stuff- especially the clearance model stuff) She looks like a Gelfing from Dark Crystal :D ! What kind of pencils are those?
Oh dear, I meant I'd buy seperate parts for the bjd not the monster high doll. But as far as practicing face ups, would the monster high doll work? (Or similarly a ever after high doll? They don't appear as painfully skinny)
I really love your face up jobs, and I've wanted a bad myself for some time. Now, real bjds are costly and although I have the money, I am not prepared to put that much money into paying for one. In your opinion, would practicing on a Monster High doll make work? I intend to buy a blank doll (I will likely get most pieces separate) and I want to do both face and body blushing. As far as face ups go, would the same approach work on the body? And would the sealent be available at a general place like Walmart? I have further questions but don't want to overdo it on you. Any answers you can give me would be really wonderful. (Sorry this is so long, I'm really curious!) Also, you're using pastels. And anything oil-based is a no-no. But are you using chalk pastels? And if so, using a tougher pastel piece, would grinding it down to powder work as well as the method you're using? (Oh man I'm sorry this is really long! If you have the patience to help me out, I'd appreciate it greatly!)
I have Everything to do this with, but you have to be a good artist and I already know that so:P I would probably Ruin my doll all up:P Btw, I got that same Twyla doll for Easter:P I still have her
How did you remove all of the paint and stuff like what did you use? I tried nail polish remover but it just smeared and didnt come off so it looked very weird and crazy.
hey she looks amazing and im just wondering what glue spray do you use to keep the makeup on also im just wondering how you changed her hair (stripes) sorry for all these questions im just thinking of doing it myself :)
i like how you made her look more like a child or at least more gentle
all your dolls look so innocent after makeover.... i love it.....

I love the transformations! If you didn't have both of them next to each other you wouldn't think they were the same dolls at all. Your reinvention gives her life.

what did she ues to take off the doll make up
Acetone
Thanks
What was it?
+LovelyHermycat Hermione acetone or nail Polish remover works best.
+Alexandria Atkins acetone cause nail polish remover isn't strong enough I tried
her eyes are so clean the lashes so precise! amazing!
Класс зачем слушать других они идиоты если не понимают что это красиво слушай не других а себя
Ну хоть кто то красоту понимает!
Позитив тм да ета куколка стала мимимишным ангелочком
If you did commisions or sold these I would buy one, no matter how expensive. You're amazing!
I think she ispretty, but u use so much blush
Probaly she did that to make her seem sweeter or something like that!!!
(not so sure how to spell probaly so no judging please!!!!)
Probably I'm not trying to be rude just clarifying
It's probably just because the type of makeup/re-faces she enjoys on dolls are the typical Ball Jointed Doll style. (:
You're doing a wonderful job
Insan. Your. Asome
I'm really sorry for being a Grammar Nazi. *Insane* *You're* *Awesome* Once again, I apologize.
You guys are making fun of a 7 year olds grammar. That's okay. You didnt know. Lol

Beautiful ..your dolls eyes have so much depth to them they look like real eyes ..and although you do not put false eyelashes on like a lot do ,your face painting is so exelent and the eyelashes look natural too ..so clever 😀
I LOVE how different they look at the end :D
i love that you got rid of her streaks she looks way better without them
Awesome. My friend does this, but makes them into Homestuck characters. It always looks so awesome.
wow she so pretty I WANT ONE !!!! and if only monster high dolls were always like that
wow! this is so cool! i can't even draw that face on a piece of paper, and i am a very good artist
It's much better than horrible original custom
Kinda fairytale girl) love it
It's so good. I had to watch the video because I thought it was a photoshop trick. The air brushing really makes it look liek a digital painting. I wish I had an Eye for doing these things.
WOW! YOU made her look beautiful.
I adore this! You, madam, have earned a sub.
I love monster high I saw your channel when I was 8 years old.

Do you use special pencils and paints? What mark is it?Did you study ,how to do it?
wow u did an amazing job! I love her eyes they r so pretty and look so real
Um, hello there, but I am wondering what you used to remove the eyes and mouth? I'm looking to start doing costums, but can't find the right tools.
Pure acetone
Your work is stunning, she looks so good!
I have wanted to do this.... you are a inspiration to me at this moment (can't afford ball joints but I can this stuff- especially the clearance model stuff) She looks like a Gelfing from Dark Crystal :D ! What kind of pencils are those?
Sorry, I just saw the link info answered this.
Oh dear, I meant I'd buy seperate parts for the bjd not the monster high doll. But as far as practicing face ups, would the monster high doll work? (Or similarly a ever after high doll? They don't appear as painfully skinny)
I think twlya's new face is cute. Well done
such a beautiful doll. i cant imagine a more beautiful doll
So mesmerised watching these. Still can't help thinking about toy story tho xD
AMAZING!!! About how long did this take you to do?
I really love your face up jobs, and I've wanted a bad myself for some time. Now, real bjds are costly and although I have the money, I am not prepared to put that much money into paying for one. In your opinion, would practicing on a Monster High doll make work? I intend to buy a blank doll (I will likely get most pieces separate) and I want to do both face and body blushing. As far as face ups go, would the same approach work on the body? And would the sealent be available at a general place like Walmart? I have further questions but don't want to overdo it on you. Your work, is such pretty, i don't have words to describe how beautiful your creations are....
does the soft vinyl of the monster high dolls affect the sealant dry time? also, does liquitex still work?
How did you remove all of the paint and stuff like what did you use? I tried nail polish remover but it just smeared and didnt come off so it looked very weird and crazy.
Это не возможно !!! Всё так красиво и мило ни когда бы не поверила что это Твила!!!!
i have an other question too. i have to use ONLY SEALANT or i can use something else instead?
The real definition of 'Throw on your dress and put on your doll faces'.
How did you make the purple highlights come off her hair???¿¿¿ Please Reply
I love the wings you put on your dolls 😻😻😻
So amazing. :)) With my BJD I use watercolor pencils - do you use the same with these dolls? The colors look so soft. The eyes turned out perfect. :))
hey she looks amazing and im just wondering what glue spray do you use to keep the makeup on also im just wondering how you changed her hair (stripes) sorry for all these questions im just thinking of doing it myself :)
I simply cut off the blue stripes with scissors. To learn more about my sealing method check my past video titled "Brush on Sealants" :) good luck!
ooh coolies thanx :)
