I'm 51 and I was up to about 420 LBs. I've been dieting and exercising for about 6 months now. I've lost 75 LBs so far and I've gained 15 LBs of muscle! Just getting started ;)
Great job have a look at the carnivore diet i have been on it for 4 and a half months and i have lost 26 kilos so far 5 more kilos and I’ll be at the weight i was at in my 20s now 63 years and riding my Harley without discomfort.
I picked up a fast Johnnie Street Glide for me wife last year. She loves it and hasn’t ridden her FLSTN once since she got it. Funny thing was when I brought it home she said, “Did you buy another bike”? I told her, “Yep, but it’s not for me. It’s yours”. She was mad and told me her Softail is fine for her. The woman wouldn’t even ride it, kept telling me her Deluxe is fine for her. One day while at work she texted me and told me she was going for a ride. She loved to ride her Deluxe so I thought she was just taking a putt on that. A couple hours later there was a selfie from her in Facebook that I saw and in the background was that fine Fast Johnnie SGST. The caption below it said, “I love my new Fast Johnnie that my Husband bought for me”. It made me smile. She hasn’t been on the Deluxe since. Wives are funny but, life would be even weirder without them.
I've been watching your videos for a while now. I am prior Marine corps from Texas and I truly enjoy your wisdom and views on mental and physical health. I really hope people take your advice and put it towards their everyday life
Great video. Gremlin runs a great group. Had a laugh about riding with Stoney. All good people to ride with . The beach Shack great place to hang out at
Thank you Aymen, another cracking video & content👌 I to believe in daily exercise & giving your body the right fuel... I’m a small build so I guess my Sporty must go really fast😂🌸
Thanks for the video! Staying active, driving defensive, eating clean, fasting, a younger wife, keeping up with the younger wife, should make a long and happy life! In my opinion. Oh and being close to the ocean!
Love the videos keep them coming. Just found you on UA-cam now going through your catalogue as I comment. Can you please tell me where I can find that gas cap magnet. Please and thank you. From nsw
I've spent quite a few miles above century range on a stock 107 Street Glide and the only downside has been that speed wobble but it's controllable with the throttle. Of course my biggest issue overall 'down there' would be driving on the 'wrong side' of the road! LOL Would like to try that someday though! Good to see a Brother Mason amongst the riders as well.
Another great video and how true with a bit of pun hope the live longer one works I'm 68 and still riding and the way I ride reckon I'm safe up to 110 years old
WOW is that Hottie your wife? She seems sane and grounded, so how did you catch her. All kidding aside, it's good to see your better half once in a while. It's good to see you're "old not dead".
Not sure about the rest of the world but UK superstition maintains that having a bird crap on you is good luck. Evidence it is true: on our first date a huge pigeon unloaded on me and my girlfriend howled with laughter. 40 years on and we are still happily married 😊
I'm an old biker like you and I had a co-worker who got her motorcycle license at age 40 and her boyfriend bought her a new Harley. I had a sick feeling in my gut. I knew she was going to get hurt. It only took a few months. She was so mangled by the guard rail she missed work for almost a year.
8:23 ... one of the reasons why I avoid group rides. A rider thinks it's a good idea to stop, then spin the rear wheel and flick gravel into the path of a Fast Johnnie styled Street Glide behind him. Why do that?
No one knows how long they have take 1 day at a time my parents were fit and healthy but ended up getting cancer they both died in their 60s im nearly 65 and still riding but only take 1 day at a time stay safe and upright love from Australia 🦘🌏
What make me mad is ever time I meet someone new. When they find out I have been riding all my life. They always have to tell me how dangerous it is and that friend or relative got all fucked in a wreck or died on a bike. It is just depressing. So I try avoid the subject with non riders. Do hear shit all the time too?
I like how people that don’t ride much say whatever bike is slow. Imagine evolution, A screaming fast bike from the 90’s being a beginner bike today. You Streetglide has more torque and hp than a 600 supersport.
I love when people on crotch rockets say stuff about Harley’s. I always tell them they’re on a beginner bike and that pisses them off. Like hey buddy we all started on them when we were young and graduated into a real man bike.
Ayman....was going to bike show, stopped at Honda dealership had a used MINT TRIUMPH 800 XCX 😳🤫😉...pimped out, old guy barely rode it no scratches...SOLD 🤣😝, so my GLIDE might get a 135 crate motor...or sell it, hmmm was jonesing for CVO PAN AMERICA...but 4 * the price..20,000 for my 1 owner pride n joy 2011 glide , legends, mustang, yaffes etc etc...new bikes are so NICE...👍💯🥃🥃🥃 cheers men of 2 wheel culture , oi 💪😝🤳
Harleys are slow? Maybe slower than some bikes but when I was first thinking about getting a motorcycle my friend decided to take me on a "test ride." That was straight mile long stretch as fast as we could go - I remember feeling relieved when we slowed down to 117 MPH from like a high of 128 MPH. So the bikes aren't slow maybe slower than other models. As for diet another tip - cut all sugar - it is a cancerous poison - seriously.
Just because the speedometer says 120 doesn't mean that's as fast as they will go.You sound like one of those guys that spreads nonsense because of what someone else told you their opinion was.
Fick living to 100+, I am ready to go to the next realm NOW! Speed does NEVER KILL! Let us get rid of that lie. Hitting something is what kills, regardless of speed. Seen moto Gp riders walk away at 240 kmh+ and seen folks die at 40kmh. PS doing 180 kmh over a sustainable distance, you like to run out of fuel long before anything else happens, especially on those tiny tank Harley’s.
The speed thing. That is what gets a lot of riders dead. They ride the bikes that go from 0-150 in about 20 seconds.... If the machine can do it then someone is going to push that limit. Your reaction time at those speeds is zero, and stopping when you are going over 100...... Forget it.
I lane split in Arkansas. It takes 2 to get road rage and idgaf how other people feel. I really don’t. …In the calmest way possible, I’d ride off if someone started b!tchin at me. People talk that tough guy sh!t in the comments “I’ll open my door”. …No you won’t. They never do. No one ever does. You never would. If someone tried to assault me for living my life, I’d leave em on the ground in BAD shape.
@OldNotDead-Club Not sure where the open door technique came from. Can't say I have ever seen a motorist do that either and damage their car over a motorcycle. But people will block and squeeze that lane opening in a second. Or worse change lanes and not even see that motorcycle coming through. Risk is an individual decision. Great channel and I love my gear from your website.
@@jagjr6772 thank you. I find that this doesn't happen to me on a Harley - only on a Japanese bike? Could be the HD presence, my size or open face helmet. I have covered this before in videos (cant remember which ones)... but of course accidental change lanes etc happens - just need your senses on alert
@alyk5323 LOL. Ffs i hate it when strangers know more about my stuff than i do -- I am digging up the graph and I will cross out the numbers for you. What number do you want me to put in? What shall I tell the parts I have installed - they will very upset that they are not doing their job correctly. ... oh almost forgot - whats your address? I will rip the fake sticker off my Shoei helmet and send it to you - like you have taken a scalp. You can put it on your key chain.
