This game has a special place for me. I had ended up in a hospital during its launch. I was there for almost half a year. I was really down and asked my family to bring me my iPad. I remember downloading Apex Mobile and spending hours on it!! It was the small amount of fun I had while stuck in the hospital. I did fully recover and eventually stopped playing Apex Mobile all together but it got me into the console game. I can say that Apex Mobile was good but needed polish. Hopefully it returns.
I had a device that wasn’t optimized for apex mobile , but I kept playing the game because I enjoyed it and it was fun, but after Apex was shut down, and I lost all my hell room and all my exclusive skins and everything I will, never,I say never play Apex ever again.

Honestly, Apex Legends was the best mobile game. What made me mad however, was the fact we couldn't get refunds. I did spend a bit of money for a few battle passes, so it really sucked to know I basically wasted my money

This explains a lot i used to play Apex legends mobile then I uninstalled it because my exam was close and after my exams I couldn't find it in play store.

Totally agreed, as a very casual player that only played at most 3 hours of gaming daily, Apex mobile is perfectly fun, I don’t have any desire to be a predator or anything, I just want to play, get some kills or even winning from time to time. Apex’s main game is just too damn sweaty even in the lower rank matches.
I’m not really sure about that one. When ApexM first came out I played it during lunch for a few games, but it got boring pretty fast. I dunno fps games don’t really work on mobile for me. I much prefer games like clash royale, dragon ball legends, etc.
The biggest issue i faced in this game was hacker. As i go higher rank i was facing hacker in every lobby its was horrendous. And its not just 1 or 2 haker there were many in just 1 lobby. And even i have the high end device game doesn't feel optimized at all. It didn't feel smooth as codm and pubg. The frame show 60 fps but did feel like 60 fps. I hope it come back in future.

Optimization was the biggest issue for me and my friends even though we're in high-mid range phones we still faced heating issues and fps drops. The only reason we stopped playing after one month.
yeah, I remember you could install VM on your phone, and emulate another android but with a little smaller resolution. I could easily get 60 fps when game limited my framerate to 40...
Not for me, i played Apex mobile on a Redmi note 7 pro with 4gbs of ram. Although it didn't run on high settings it did ran buttery smooth on low. (I did face heating issues though)
As I'm Apex Mobile player I'm not excited gor warzone mobile its a good game but no game cannot take a space in my heart expect Apex Mobile which is still remains in my heart in my whole life. I'm still waiting for Apex Legends Mobile if its returns in future ❤.
In June of 2022, I had a pretty bad seizure that left me in the hospital for a week. I got my Fiance at the time to bring my iPad, and an Xbox controller from our house to the hospital, and it was the only thing that kept me going when I was alone. 120FPS, perfect controller support, I was impressed and really grew to enjoy it on mobile.
9:50 oh buddy i can tell you this is just a feature that is already present in apex console. I play maybe 30 hours a month so despite my experience in the game im stuck in bronze from inactivity. It doesnt stop me from constantly getting 3 stacked from diamonds/master/preds. In bronze 2 lobbies I do miss mobile, was able to play it more often
What i liked about it that i could play with players from different country and have a interaction with them learning about their pov on how they see people from different countries, i liked it and i made lots of friends in the game and now its just gone

The truth is mobile gamers do not like to switch games , people playing pubg are still playing pubg , people playing free fire are still playing it and people playing codm are still playing it.... I have been playing codm from last 4 years i tried Apex but , i felt like the graphics are cartoonish , not well optimised and maps are small and also didn't wanted to learn all the new machanics of a new game when I was already good at codm. The point is mobile gaming community is very loyal to the game they playing
truth.. i have many mobile game in my phone i have here pubgm,codm, bloodstrike, arena brakeout, and new state mobilemobile legend ,wildrift, diablo immortal, any many more to mention..but i only play more time with pubg mobile. and clash royale.. because that is the game i really prefer in my own taste.. yes i play those many i mention but only in a short time play for an hour or 1 game.. but in pubgm mobile i play 3-6 per day.. i can play other game but not totally on my taste i olay only for boring time those other game..

The biggest problem I think was the draw distance of a map. It was abnormal and the moment u got knocked, the next thing the enemy was at your doorstep. The map wasn't the same as pc, like stretched out! And lastly, the optimisation, bugs, TPP mode and the support of the Controller messed this game up pretty badly. Let's not forget about the hackers. I bought a bunch of cool og skins, the faide heirloom, and even grinded to hit masters in season 1 (caustic was op lol, even thru cheaters n wallers). It broke my heart not only losing alll my purchases, but also seeing that it's never coming back. I loved apex mobile despite everything wrong. I miss it.
Codm has a server for the Oceania region where people from Aus, NZ, Fiji, and PNG can play together. Apex didn't give us that. Instead, they connected us to the Asian servers and expected us to play with ping of 700ms. There was too much lag, and it was impossible to defeat Asian server players who had a huge advantage.
I really miss this game a whole lot … i got to meet the most interesting randoms and even made a friend in the UK and we played every single day it was beautiful.
I opened up call of duty mobile and couldn’t even tell if I downloaded the right game. It was Chinese dragons flying all over the screen and samurai’s pictures everywhere. People we’re running around with a sword killing in one hit and the music was very oriental. Definitely a tencent game it’s Chinese as fuck
Man i loved this game when it came out even though my phone wasnt well optimised for it back then it qas still crazy fun and i even made it diamond 3 seasons in a row but sadly i couldn't reach it one more time before ot got shut down, RIP apex mobile, so much wasted potential
Its also important to take into consideration that the mobile version was very disconnected from apex on other platforms, and even despiced. The main reason being that for pc and consol it felt like they were being screwed over for a mobile version of the game getting features the players had been dreaming of and begging for while at the time the game wasnt at its peak for said platforms (even having content droughts). For example getting unique legends who would never be released or made for the other platforms felt like you were getting the short end of the stick, when you might have been one of the first to play the game and helped make it a thing in the first place. Thus the mobile port had no sympathy or care from the other platforms who saw it as just a cash grab to make as much money as possible from the mobile market, while also dumping reaources into it that were taken away from your game. If things had been different and they had announced these for the main platforms as well, even if it were eventually, Im sure that the player base could have been more connected and unified. Shame.
I was one of the lucky, or maybe unlucky few that got to play Apex Mobile. It was never going to rival the real game, but it was some great fun. It was a good approximation of the real game on mobile platforms. I’m still heart broken it got sunset so early
After ea said that refunds weren’t gonna be issued I told myself that I will not spend another cent on mobile games because I put in a good amount of money into Apex mobile, because it was something I was enjoying playing and wanted to give them my money. But to immediately saying to the fans “fuck you, no refunds” was such a scummy tactic after saying that they were killing it off and just riding off into the sunset with a shit ton of peoples money. I love the fact that in the last moments of the game being active there was a message announcing the date when the game would "sunset" (or something like that) but they also told you as a player to spend money on cosmetics before that happens 😂
I'm glad you mentioned Farlight a number of times. That game is currently committing a corporate equivalent of toaster bath. They gutted the gameplay and made it into something it has never been, driving out majority of the player base and tanking their ratings on both app stores and Steam.
I played from day -90 of launch (all the betas) to season 3.5 but i was too sad to play the last season and at the time arena breakout was playable so i played that with my friend. It would be amazing if apex mobile relaunched and I would definitely come back to play that game, I loved it.
Lol .. remembered buying a new high-end device for play this game just to watch it sunsetting within a year. Now my device are just for watching a UA-cam video until warzone mobile came out. So i can fully utilize it's potential again. Fingers crossed.😅
I also think one of the main reason for its downfall is that *It somehow looked, and feel better, and got more content (For just the 1 year life span ) than the PC counterpart* I remember there are people talking how the Mobile is slowly becoming the superior version of the game.

Every mobile game encounters bugs and cheaters. Dealing with cheaters is challenging, but if developers took immediate action on bugs based on community feedback, they could earn the trust of players who would continue to support the game. However, unresponsive developers often lead players to abandon the game easily. Having an active player base provides an opportunity to rectify the situation.
The sad part is that gamers have seen this go down numerous times with many different games and can see it from a mile away now, and a lot of people abandon games early at the first signs of it

Apex Mobile was as close to perfect As possible. They were making tons of money Always adding new stuff. And and somehow it was still Doomed
The lower end device skill gap was crazy, I couldn't get past diamond 3 coz I played at 20fps
I didn’t even game before ALM, now I miss that game more than anything. Even met some amazing friends on there.
The biggest problem I think was the draw distance of a map. It was abnormal and the moment u got knocked, the next thing the enemy was at your doorstep. The map wasn't the same as pc, like stretched out!
And lastly, the optimisation, bugs, TPP mode and the support of the Controller messed this game up pretty badly. Let's not forget about the hackers.

I miss mobile so much. I was so excited for this game to follow me for the next few years. I bought a bunch of cool og skins, the faide heirloom, and even grinded to hit masters in season 1 (caustic was op lol, even thru cheaters n wallers). It broke my heart not only losing alll my purchases, but also seeing that it's never coming back. I loved apex mobile despite everything wrong. I miss it.
Codm has a server for the Oceania region where people from Aus, NZ, Fiji, and PNG can play together. Apex didn't give us that. Instead, they connected us to the Asian servers and expected us to play with ping of 700ms. There was too much lag, and it was impossible to defeat Asian server players who had a huge advantage.
I really miss this game a whole lot … i got to meet the most interesting randoms and even made a friend in the UK and we played every single day it was beautiful.

I opened up call of duty mobile and couldn’t even tell if I downloaded the right game. It was Chinese dragons flying all over the screen and samurai’s pictures everywhere. People we’re running around with a sword killing in one hit and the music was very oriental. Definitely a tencent game it’s Chinese as fuck

Man i loved this game when it came out even though my phone wasnt well optimised for it back then it qas still crazy fun and i even made it diamond 3 seasons in a row but sadly i couldn't reach it one more time before ot got shut down, RIP apex mobile, so much wasted potential

Its also important to take into consideration that the mobile version was very disconnected from apex on other platforms, and even despiced. The main reason being that for pc and consol it felt like they were being screwed over for a mobile version of the game getting features the players had been dreaming of and begging for while at the time the game wasnt at its peak for said platforms (even having content droughts). For example getting unique legends who would never be released or made for the other platforms felt like you were getting the short end of the stick, when you might have been one of the first to play the game and helped make it a thing in the first place. Thus the mobile port had no sympathy or care from the other platforms who saw it as just a cash grab to make as much money as possible from the mobile market, while also dumping reaources into it that were taken away from your game.
If things had been different and they had announced these for the main platforms as well, even if it were eventually, Im sure that the player base could have been more connected and unified.
Shame.
I was one of the lucky, or maybe unlucky few that got to play Apex Mobile. It was never going to rival the real game, but it was some great fun. It was a good approximation of the real game on mobile platforms. I’m still heart broken it got sunset so early

ApexM.... pulled me through a very tough time in life, made me depressed and left me depressed. Was just amazing how perfect of a team it was.
After ea said that refunds weren’t gonna be issued I told myself that I will not spend another cent on mobile games because I put in a good amount of money into Apex mobile, because it was something I was enjoying playing and wanted to give them my money. But to immediately saying to the fans “fuck you, no refunds” was such a scummy tactic after saying that they were killing it off and just riding off into the sunset with a shit ton of peoples money. I genuinely think that Apex Mobile was a pump and dump for ea to inflate their profits

I love the fact that in the last moments of the game being active there was a message announcing the date when the game would "sunset" (or something like that) but they also told you as a player to spend money on cosmetics before that happens 😂

I'm glad you mentioned Farlight a number of times. That game is currently committing a corporate equivalent of toaster bath. They gutted the gameplay and made it into something it has never been, driving out majority of the player base and tanking their ratings on both app stores and Steam.

I played from day -90 of launch (all the betas) to season 3.5 but i was too sad to play the last season and at the time arena breakout was playable so i played that with my friend. It would be amazing if apex mobile relaunched and I would definitely come back to play that game, I loved it.
It's the only Mobile shooter I enjoyed other than CODM.

Apex legend mobile was pretty fun, i had a mid range device 4 gb ram but i still enjoyed the game to its fullest even managed to reach master, i hope it returns once again. And about warzone mobile i dont know about it i think it is much less optimised as compared to apex mobile. But we can hope for the best. 💛
