Public celebrates baby elephant Kirk's arrival at Toledo Zoo with 'Baby Elephant Baby Bash'

The Toledo zoo had a big celebration on Saturday for one of it's newest members.
The zoo held its 'Baby Elephant Baby Bash' for baby Kirk and his mom, Renee. Onlookers packed the zoo to celebrate, welcoming Kirk with peanut butter, Gatorade and even a bubble machine.
Visitors made cards and elephant-themed crafts to take home. Those who didn't attend the baby bash Saturday can still celebrate, as an Amazon Wishlist was created for the pair, including items like food, bath necessities and enrichment items for their enclosure.
