I'm writing a business plan for a new Steakhouse. I have included all of the context of what I know about the business down below. Produce a recommended detailed outline for the business plan.

Okay now it is time to actually write the business plan following the outline and using the answers to the questions and all of the context I have provided already. I want you to write each section one at a time for me to review before moving on to the next section. I also want you to write in first person as if you were the business owner. The tone should be down to earth, casual, but confident in the plan.
Consider ALL of the details provided to produce comprehensive and variety in each section. and DO NOT HALLUCINATE or make up anything that isn't true. Creative gap filling is okay to make sure the business plan reads well and is not too short. I'd like each major section to be more than 500 words and as long as necessary.
