These offer a large space for the monthly fee. If a person works from home, or off peak hours, the day time traffic could be a non-issue. You and Richard will make a lovely team of showing homes, as well as apartments. Great vid‼️
@@carolinelopez91 Thank you! I didn't recognize the app because yours looks to be in dark mode. We have a couple of communities in mind but I don't see them reviewed on your channel. Colton Apartments is one, and The Douglas at Stonelake is another (seems to be a former Elysian property). Any insights into either of those locations would be appreciated!
@@bittenbybeautyy oh yes unfortunately you have one apartment above another, so if you decided to get an apartment here it’s best to be on the second level ☺️. Awww ☺️ thank you so much I appreciate your support and I’m happy to help in anyway!!!
I’ve watched a lot of your videos and appreciate your tours so much! It’s just frustrating to go to the apartments’ websites and see how much higher the prices for these layouts are now. The layout for the 1 bedroom you toured now says $1851 on their website 😭
I don't know if you forgot to mention it or maybe I missed it. But how far away is the strip from these apartments? Other than that great video 👍🏽👍🏽 BTW have you ever thought about becoming a real estate agent?? I think you'd be a good one. Just a thought
Yes I did the Paris hotel which I think it’s located in the middle of the strip and that is 20 minutes.. I have thought about it but I’m just not good at studying 🤦🏽♀️.. But maybe one day, never say never right ☺️
The strip is 15 from the apts but who cares how far the strip is, no one who lives in Vegas goes to the strip anyway. Durango casino and red rock are right down the street and they’re 5000000x better than anything the strip offers.
Where in LA can you find an apartment comparable to this one for $1,500⁉️ After 25 years, I moved to Vegas on November 30, 2023 from SoCal, Costa Mesa, specifically. Studios were hovering between $2,500 and $3,000.
@@Gypsyrose17 That doesn’t say much for Los Angeles, but it certainly does say a lot for Las Vegas who used to never be like this. California is a joke and Nevada is becoming little California.
@@muddlasvegas Having just moved here, I can only confirm a couple of things. It is not as cheap as some would expect it to still be, but you do get so much more for your money, rental wise.

Thank you!
what map app do you use to check distances from apts to various shops? it seems to work better than any online maps I have used. Thank you!
I use my maps on my iPhone ☺️

@ yeh I love the dark mode lol yes I can definitely check them out ☺️
@ thank you very much!
Breakers next please!
Ahh Theres always a catch with these apts cleaning fees and amenities etc .
I know that’s what I didn’t like about Las Vegas apartments, they like to add fees after fees 🤦🏽♀️
Omg glad you looked at this place been curious because it kinda looks like upstairs down stairs . Are these units above others?
Yes the one I saw was an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment. They only have 2 story apartments. They are very nice 😊
@@carolinelopez91 ok so no one below them right ?

These are nice. $200 clean fee is wild! Is Spring Valley overall safe? Have you checked out Castile Apartments in Henderson? Cheers to a great video 🥂
Thank you 😊! I know the cleaning fee is annoying lol oh I have to check those apartments out ☺️
Yes I would say overall spring valley but closer to summerlin is my favorite place to visit and tour apartments ☺️
Awesome! Do they have 1x1 on the 1st floor?
Yes they have some up and down stairs just depends on which building you end up in ☺️

Oh wow yeh they change prices like almost everyday.. it definitely is frustrating 😫
That’s why I try my best to visit it them and then on the same day release the video on my channel ☺️

Affordable in what world?
What a joke. $1500.00 for an apartment. Vegas is the new L.A.

Only if you’re from California. And that’s not saying much.
Babe it’s $1497
I have an esa dog Pitty , it’s always good to know if they are ok and acceptable to abide by the law
Awww I love pitbulls yes definitely call and see about the restrictions.. But having an ESA dog I believe they waive the monthly fee ☺️
@@carolinelopez91 yes thanks my dog can wine like a baby , and plays A lot and jumps he’s just overly excited and friendly
are any of these units available for purchase vs renting?
No these would be only for renting 😊
