Yeah, I'm now stressing about the fact that when I smile without teeth, I think the right side is always higher. Contempt can also build up in a person who has been repeatedly disappointed by empty promises from a person with narcissistic tendencies. But that kind of contempt comes from loss of respect for their word and being able to see through them.
Thank you for mentioning that people with neurodiverse brains can be different. We have more trouble with these sorts of things, and often might make expressions that make us appear weird, but are not meant that way at all. We are often misread by neurotypical people. I've been accused of being stuck up or lying when that was the furthest thing from my mind.

I hold my gaze in conversations. I do it because I was coached and taught that it indicated attention and helps with attention. No narcissism involved.
It’s a different kinda stare, it’s more predatory like. Very different from the holding conversation and showing interest look. In the way that you’re talking about the eyes are more softened. In the narc stare it’s very tight.
I agree. Singular cases of narcissistic traits here and there does not make someone a narcissist. For example, vanity is a narcissistic trait, but being vain does not make a person someone with NPD. NPD is a disorder, which means that a person need to have many traits consistently on display. If a person has emotional empathy, it is safe to say they don't have NPD as the lack of emotional empathy is a key characteristic of a narc.
It's risky using someone who needs to put on a public persona as part of their job as an example of inauthenticity. There are plenty of days you don't feel up to the task, or maybe had an argument behind the scenes with somebody and had to play nice for the cameras. There could have been a general script, or preapproved topics to talk about and someone breaks those boundaries, throwing one off. Celebrities, politicians, royals and other public figures experience this all the time, it's part of the job. Of course sometimes the mask slips, because you have to play for the cameras. You can find examples of this mask-slipping with all of the other royals too, as well as other public figures. It would have been better for you to show examples from fictional tv series and films or even stock videos.
I 100% agree! I don't understand how so-called professional therapists can judge someone from the look of whether they are a narc or not. Everyone can make some faces, but it does not mean that they are a nac. For me, this is ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
I have definitely experienced that smirk and the stare. In my experience with both my narcissistic ex and a toxic boss, the wry smirks were coupled with no direct eye contact ie smirking at my exacerbation/frustration/stress/panic .. while looking downward to avoid eye contact. In retrospect, it is very telling. It’s the kind of smirk someone has when they know they are guilty of something but will let you panic and stress while you do not suspect them. The stare is designed to be incredibly intimidating. And it is.
(from video) 3 facial clues that expose a narcissist clue 1- condescending smirk clue 2- intense stare of intimidation clue 3- raised eyebrows ---- many years ago, my ex-neighbor (who was eventually discovered to be a narcissist) brought her 30-year old daughter and grandkids over to her place. the grandkids at the time (girl - age 9; boy - age 7) were super nice towards me and bonded pretty fast. one red flag i saw at the time was how the ex-neighbor reacted as the kids were hugging me. she had this weird look of disbelief. when i looked over she put on a fake, rehearsed smile. a texas-sized red flag was discovered when i was giving the 30-year old mother compliments about her kids. while i don't have kids, i think most reasonable parents would take some pride for the kids and themselves. the mother looked away and had this lizard-like stare of disgust and disdain that went on for a good 5 seconds. both the mother and the grandmother admitted that the kids liked me and wanted to see me, so i asked them to follow-up and let me know. unfortunately over time i put 1 and 1 together, and i saw who and what the mother and grandmother were about - they were self-absorbed narcissists. as a result, they decided to weaponize access of the kids against me. i was not able to see the kids anymore. cheers from southern ontario, canada 🍁
Yeah your entitlement to someone else's kids is a Canadian size red flag. Parents are a Childs guardian, and a parent can decide who they want their children to interact with. Perhaps something about you triggered the parent.
@@sup8447 if you actually read the last paragraph, i never said or implied i'm entitled to anyone's kids. the grandmother and mother asked me 1st to come revisit the kids. just fyi, i found out later that both females were drug addicts. the mom even got busted for child abuse and gun charges. but continue on telling me about entitlement whataboutisms lol. from that point onwards, i don't get involved with anyone's kids anymore. i'm polite if they're around with my adult friends, and that's as far as i go. no attachment gets developed. i'm sure you'd be approving of me staying arm's length. toodaloo! 🥳
Always call out non-verbal communication. "Why are you making that face?" Dont let them get away with it, even when the reply is "What? You are too sensitive". Dont let them gas light you.
My mother taught me as a little girl, always to question myself if she stared at me intensly, insted if telling me off, or explaining what I had done wrong, she wanted to be able just to look at me to obey. And she told me so!! If only I was able to know then what I know now.
When , maggie sees another dog and barks too much it is annoying and we tried a poke but she's 14 1/2 or 85 years old now so that could hurt her.Instead today I gently craddled her face and starred into her eyes saying ,..." NO BARKIE ....repeated ly." Wolves, bears and dogs don't like it wwhen yopu stare at them as it is a sign of aggression. YOUR mother was a brilliant..!!...THANK YOU.
I have to say that sometimes asymmetric smiles are the result of Bell's Palsey or some other kind of facial partial paralysis. Having had Bell's Pasley, I am sensitive to this...
This eyebrow thing is spot on! I was married to a malignant narcissist for 23 years. As he aged, his eyebrows grayed, and he started using a black Sharpie (I’m absolutely NOT joking here) to darken his eyebrows. My friend, and former neighbor just rolls with laughter over this.
Every individual uses their eyebrows differently. Some narcissists do certain things with their eyebrows and others dont. Your claim here is a logical fallacy. "A can indicate B." "Someone I was with had A, therefore they are B." Now I'm not saying your person was not a narcissist. What I am saying is the conclusion is not logically sound.
I drive a small car & had to brake hard when a person driving a huge GMC vehicle pulled out in front of me, when she didn’t have the right of way. She looked at me coldly as she took her time cutting me off, literally staring me down from her outrageously oversized SUV. It was deeply unsettling; I haven’t had an encounter like that before. Hope to never see her again.
Proverbial sayings, "When you are 20, you have the face God gave you. When you are 40, you have the face LIfe gave you. When you are 60, you have the face You gave you." Another saying is, "When you reach your 50s, you get the face you deserve". In other words; what's on the inside will start to show on the outside - your true character will become obvious to all.
I think some people wear a mask to try and shield themselves from criticism when they're vulnerable. So a fake smile when they actually feel miserable might be based on them not wanting to deal with wild speculation on who they are, what they're thinking, etc. Some people don't like crying in public, so they tighten their face into a neutral look, which is tiresome, and can contort from straining. I'm saying this from experience. Chronic depression leads me to strain a smile here and there, in support of others, to not burden them with my feelings, etc. I guess I'm just thinking up alternatives to what that example might be. You could be right. You have a lot more experience in this stuff. Just a thought.
So now I am very concerned. I’m an aesthetician so yes I try to keep my eyebrows nice. I look directly at people, nod my head and probably sometimes raise my eyebrows. But this helps people feel heard. I learned about active listening and I try to practice that. Please don’t tell me I am a narcissist! 🤦🏻♀️
My ex wife was an iconic narcissist and she had that smirk on all the time. So Meghan is doing an extremely good job hiding it. I can sense it's there, but I've never seen a big and evident one (not that I watch a lot of her footage). The death stare and eyebrows were there, but certainly used much less often. One thing that I might add would me that big wide predatory movie villan's smile. My ex did a perfect Anthony Perkins Psycho grin quite a few times
Does anyone else catch their faces glitching? I’ll only see it out of the corner of my eye, in a reflection or very rarely, looking straight on if they are trying really hard to not get found out and can’t seem to hold it in. The more I learn, the more I see. It’s so obvious now that I’m shocked at how I miss so much
Savage anger outbreaks can also be correlated with Asperger syndrome or many other issues. We should all be careful with diagnosing people...specialists are much more reserved when it comes to these topics...
The slow blinking while bearing a condescending stare with slight smirk is another. You can see an example of Megan doing this too. This eyebrow thing would be super hard to suss out in our eyebrow grooming obsessed society. I’m a makeup artist & even on myself, if I’m going to do the most basic, quicky face, I do brows, tinted spf, bronzer, mascara & lip plumper gloss. I think we have to take into account the person overall. This is harder to do with strangers. This is why it’s important to TRUST ourselves & our intuition. Not instinct as that can be emotionally or old trauma driven. INTUITION…that calm voice within us that KNOWS.
I love and hate clue one. Most likely is a great indicator, But I side smile mostly, after a sever bike accident as a kid that ripped off most my right cheek. It's just habit after such a sever injury, and damage.
Yes. It’s important to have a baseline for such behavior. I smile much more on my right due to neuro issues. Anyone who knows me would know that and take it into account.
Thank you for warning us against Megan!😂 Maybe she's acting because deep down she doesn't know who she is and wants to appear like she's interacting with the world. Who she is isn't good enough. "It's better to be a pretend somebody than a real nobody"... I lived this for most my life due to childhood incest; rape; gang rape and physical abuse. I went on to marry narcissistic sociopathic abusers. After all, it's what I knew best. After 35 years of therapy, 6 psych ward admissions and two suicide attempts that I finally worked through this and I'm on the other side. However; It took me till I was 71 years old to accomplish this. I'm glad I was able to stick it out. ❤
I think you get MM wrong. If you watch when she switches from looking up at someone and smiling, but instantly going flat as soon as she looks down, she’s a pleaser, maybe even abused. I saw that all the time in police work. She’ll be whatever the next person who engages with her wants her to be. That how a lot of abused children and women get by. They learn to read the situation instantly and become whoever the abuser wants her to be to keep from being hit. Check about 7:10 in her where she's wearing the camel coat. In any event, I don't think an actor is a particularly good example.
I agree. MM suffers from anxiety and stress and obviously being torn apart by the public would have a significant affect on her as the world watches. I suffer from severe social anxiety and past abuse and have been accused of all sorts of things with my facial expressions. And the truth was, most of the time I was trying not to have a panic attack.
Agreed. Facial expressions are a lot more complicated than that. MM is just just another royal adjacent girl of the hounding paparazzi's grocery line fodder.
I think you missed a major one. In many of the clips of Markel, she quickly changed facial expressions by dropping a smile and her eyes went cold, or she went from cold to warm in her smile but her eyes didn’t match. My mother does this. My ex husband does it. My dad does it. They were exhausting and terrifying until I stopped engaging.
There are plenty of clips of the other daughter-in-law doing this too. Smiling to cold and mean and back again when she notices the cameras. The only difference is, she's happy to wear a muzzle. I guess that's what it takes to survive marrying into that inbred lot.
Wherever politics are the topic, I sneer, smirk, stare intensely..... I also cuss a lot. Definitely not a narcissist. Just sending the messages I want to send.
#4. The "let me tell you" smile when they start building an argument to justify their manipulation in front of many people, targeting someone in the group.
Another great video! I’ve also noticed that the facial cues they use are repetitive. If you do not react, they will use the same exact facial gestures to illicit a response that they didn’t get the first time. Over and over again. It’s robotic, like they only have several practiced emotional gestures, that seem to have the same intensity (to little or to much for the given situation) that don’t seem to fit. Hard to notice the first time you meet them, but then there is a sequence of words a gestures that are in the same order and cadence as the last time with little variation.
Certain narcissists will also use control tactics. I have dealt with 2 different individuals. One used food. Bought desserts then would monitor what I ate and in retrun would call me fat. Also would with hold sex as well as affection , such as hugging. In return would always choose when to be intmate on his terms. There was a time I was ignored withoit a explanation for 2 weeks. No talking. Lived in the same home. The other would pout and make you feel guilty for not bring in the mood or even in my case having a migraine. He would keep nagging in a sick way till he got what he wanted. I also encountered a narcissistic alcoholic that was abusive and would later state he blacked out. Also, would crank the music up late at night without any consideration of the neighbours who may have to get up in the morning for work. Even if you politely asked him to stop it would escalate.
Narc Eyebrows. It's hormones. Chemical and hormonal imbalances can be seen in the growth of bodily hairs. Signs of stress and anxiety can be seen in aspects of facial hair. A dysregulated body will produce dysregulated hair growth. A Narc will focus their attention and brain power in the prefrontal cortex part of the brain. This affects the growth of the eyebrows, especially in the centre.
I started noticing my mom's intense stare (and she can stare without her eyes shifting or blinking for a very long time). I have stared back, and she just keeps staring until I now say "what?" Then she shrugs and walks away - still a power move. I feel so sorry for my inner child having to confront this terrifying stare from someone who should be a caregiver. Somehow she manages to combine a sense of hatred and coldness in that stare. Like when you see movies of a psycho killer watching their victim die. And BTW, good choice on Markel. That is one creepy looking woman. I'd say that smirk at the Queen's funeral was either because she was glad it's a funeral, or over the grief of others.
As a child I called it my mom's "lizard stare." My brother bugs out his eyes and does a slight head wobble, lips pursed. it's bizarre, but they're both narcissists. Staring is creepy.
I don't watch a lot of media but when I see videos like this trying to explain Meghan Markle's facial expressions, I don't see what the experts see. I feel like what I see in her face is that she's a wounded, traumatized person from her mother, and I think she keeps some deep-seated pain inside her, and it comes out in unusual ways.
Your practical, digestible steps help me so much and I never feel overwhelmed. But I am worried about how I do my brows. I try to look natural but they look too precise and drawn on in photos. Yikes! My mother plucked the hell out of her brows and has nearly none left, so it takes away that one early warning sign, lol but not lol.
Interesting... 1 & 2 make sense to me, but I'm not sure about 3 (eyebrows). I over-groomed my eyebrows in the 90's and I'm stuck with what I have. Now, thicker eyebrows are in, which I will never have. It's a fashion thing. Also, there's Botox to consider. In some of those videos, it looks like she's had Botox as an eyebrow lift? Hard to tell without seeing movement of the eyebrow area. The smirk I have seen in my own relationship(s)... perhaps even the stare, although, more often than not, I'd see the smirk and then no eye contact, as if hiding the smirk.
Yeah, the smirk. I noticed it with a coworker, and I'm not the only one. The moment I met him, the first thing I thought was: yikes! what an unsympathetic douche he is. And I heard 5 coworkers say the same thing without me ever voicing my opinion publically to anyone. They said it first without me every parttaking in any backstabbing. Most of them said it was just something very off about him that gave them the ick.
I'm not at all on board with the attempts of labeling Megan Markel as a narcissist. I give great respect to both her and to Harry for breaking away from the toxic royal family. Harry and Megan set strong boundaries for the well being of their own little family unit and for that I applaud them.
Yikes if you actually believe that. Most of all of the experts have labeled her as fake and insincere, and it’s very easy to see. There’s tons of evidence! Her facial expressions alone are chilling, and she’s even caught in so many lies, it’s endless with her.
She's been proven to have been lying in a great many social media posts, speeches, interviews over a number of years and clearly displays other hallmarks of being a narcissist.
So regarding the eyebrow thing....my eyebrows are literally crooked......so much so I had them micro bladed and did powder with it to try to even them out.....now I'm a little more self-conscious of this weird facial trait.....lol

The man my mother used portrays narcissistic traits. He has isolated my mother and only her brother is "allowed" to have any contact with her. The examples shown are very helpful and seeing them really shines a light on what to look for. That look Markle gives her mother is insane! And that's in public! Imagine how she is behind closed doors. Body language doesn't lie. Can't be hidden. There are exceptions, of course, but what a great baseline. Thank you.
Why would Prince Harry marry a Narcissist & they are still married to this day...If Megan is a narcissist, they would be divorced by now...Could you explain this?
That's so wild about the eyebrows because the narcissistic boss I had was HORRIBLE!! And I remember always being so confused the way she would raise her eyebrows up and down, almost like Groucho Marx, when she was trying to get me to agree with her. It was almost comical except for the bizarre tone of voice and fake smile she'd use along with it. So fukking weird! I always figured it was related to her narcissism but didn't realize it was so common.
Good info! But I gotta say, and I just now noticed this 😅 You look like Michael Scott's woman - Hollie (spelling)! 😁 And that's a good thing! ❤ She's beautiful! And so are you 😊❤
I'm asking this in all sincerety. Are most preteens and teens normally narcissists? I mean the behavior you're describing is uncanny to how the act at a certain time during the month as well.....
My mother, too. Her contempt, control, and criticism were impossible to hide, no matter what she was actually saying. She could be giving a compliment outwardly, as in the words are seemingly supportive, but her true intentions were always seething just under the surface. Seven months ago, I went no contact. Initially, I felt horribly guilty. Then I became very depressed because I knew she would (and she did) start the mother of all smear campaigns against me and estranged me from the rest of the family. I felt like I was in mourning, as if she had died. It finally hit me that I was in mourning, but not for a loss of life, but for the mother who I could never have. But, here's the silver lining. Shortly afterwards, I moved house and befriended my neighbour who is the same age as my mother, but treats me the way I wish my mother had. She is the mother I always wanted! We talk every day. She is genuinely loving and concerned about me. I have never been so happy! It's almost as if when I finally ended my relationship with my narc mother, my real mom entered my life. I hope that you find that real relationship, too. ❤
Please don't put too much stock in this video. The question is what is the behavior like of your relatives? That's what you really need to focus on if you are suspecting that they are narcissists. And if you were already suspecting it it probably has nothing to do with these facial expressions
@@sparklemotion86 is hard to accept they are narcissists, I would have to accept they never loved me and they don't care about me. This is what their behaviour showed consistently, is just not easy to accept.

To top it all I have had two very narcissistic men defining my life for the last few decades. So this research is just meangingless speculation. I am unfollowing.
I feel that the approach presented here is nuanced enough. It is clearly stated, again and again, that these signs may or may not be associated with people who are sufferring from NPD. There is no causation discussed here. A sign of something is almost always polysemic - you can blush because you are shy or because you like someone or because you have an illness and so on...There is no speculation involved.
@turtlecrochets8653 you're entitled to feel the way you do. that said, from lived experience the video content def has validity. i've def observed a pattern of facial expressions with narcissists. the biggest one (that wasn't even mentioned in the video) that i've seen from narcs is the blank, lizard-face stare with a bit of disdain, when they see someone else doing well. narcs are so jealous it's not funny.
First of all, I would like to say that your videos are wonderful and have been very helpful to me to me in the past. The content, the style and delivery all are all great. However, this is the first video of yours that made me feel sick and uncomfortable. This video is in exceptionally poor taste. Firstly, it's deeply unethical to publicly diagnose someone with a personality disorder or imply they have said disorder without a formal diagnosis and their consent. Furthermore, this is a woman in the public eye who hasn't been a danger to anybody. The wife of a man who has publicly stated that he felt he had to emigrate with his family to protect them, due to public harassment of said wife. Fears that are perfectly reasonable, given that he lost his own mother to that sort of harassment. If you needed to use examples, there are plenty of royalty-free stock videos that you could have used, as I've seen many other content creators use. You could also use fictional examples from films and tv series. There is no need to smear a woman for engagement, no matter what your feelings on her. Being unlikeable is not a crime.
Yes, I had exactly the same reaction to the video as you. Having enjoyed previous contempt, this didnt feel right to me at all and for th same reasons you have outlined.
People be thinking Meghan Markle is a poor victim on this channel. Y'all are clueless about narcissism, in my opinion. I know. I was raised by a malignant one.
All of your rules don't apply to neurodivergents btw. We're often overcompensating bc NT's emphasize the importance of eye contact and acknowledging their feelings.
Could cognitive function play apart inany of these above. I've wondered for awhile, how NPR might appear in different variations across different cognitive functions.
I have to say this now. Holy shit does Markel have the psycho face expression or what? Damn I got chills and scared and I'm a combat vet! No way in hell I would get near her. She's a modern day Medusa.
Megan is probably the scapegoat and trying to protect herself, her husband and her marriage. If narcs were countries, England is the epitome of the narc, with the traits: 1. Disrespecting the boundaries of others (invaded the whole planet except for 22 countries); 2. Dismisses and invalidates, "the savages wouldn't have known what to do with the gold anyway"; 3. Minimizing own wrongdoings "but everyone did it", "we brought infrastructure" (yes to facilitate the removal of resources); 4. Passes the blame "oh but the Arabs Chineses did etc", "look over there"; 5. Public relations program is excellent "we ended slavery" (meanwhile indentured labor continued, same thing basically, and he working class of England paid compensation to the rich class for their loss of human property. Of course there are good people in England, but we have to be aware of narc behavior from those in leadership, and not be flying monkeys. Coming back to the point, the figure head is the symbolic head and the colonialistic entity would naturally reflect those traits. - from someone who was born and raised in a former colony /n e o colony.
I think this is important information. I had a boss who displayed these traits, especially the Predatory Stare. However, I don't think it's fair for you to call out Meghan Markle. She's constantly being scrutinized, so I'm sure it's difficult for her to act naturally when millions of people are watching her. Plus, she is an actor. Not out of the realm of possibility that she is a narcissist, but also she could just be someone who developed her "look" for her career. We also don't know exactly how the royal family has treated her. She may be feeling very defensive. It seems unprofessional to call her out like you did. I do appreciate your videos and information in general though. Thank you.
the eyebrow clue did not give any examples that helps ~ lots have people have lovely or interesting eyebrows ~ not sure what you are meaning its so unclear ~
You don't need to sugar-coat what we are actually seeing on MM's face. "Could she just be trying to focus (...)"? "Could it be just cute eyebrows (...)"? Silly questions, which are off-putting and unnecessary. Are you serious or not about your analysis? You could simply say "allegedly".

Well said. Communication is mostly non-verbal.

And it is.
That’s so true. My soon to be ex mother in law does this. I found it weird but she definitely is one
I have a cousin who STARES !!!!
(from video) 3 facial clues that expose a narcissist
clue 1- condescending smirk
clue 2- intense stare of intimidation
clue 3- raised eyebrows

many years ago, my ex-neighbor (who was eventually discovered to be a narcissist) brought her 30-year old daughter and grandkids over to her place. the grandkids at the time (girl - age 9; boy - age 7) were super nice towards me and bonded pretty fast. one red flag i saw at the time was how the ex-neighbor reacted as the kids were hugging me. she had this weird look of disbelief. when i looked over she put on a fake, rehearsed smile.
a texas-sized red flag was discovered when i was giving the 30-year old mother compliments about her kids. while i don't have kids, i think most reasonable parents would take some pride for the kids and themselves. the mother looked away and had this lizard-like stare of disgust and disdain that went on for a good 5 seconds.
both the mother and the grandmother admitted that the kids liked me and wanted to see me, so i asked them to follow-up and let me know.
unfortunately over time i put 1 and 1 together, and i saw who and what the mother and grandmother were about - they were self-absorbed narcissists. as a result, they decided to weaponize access of the kids against me. i was not able to see the kids anymore.
cheers from southern ontario, canada 🍁

Better still, get the hell away from them..!
Refusing to answer your questions or even giving dumb answers is a form of contempt. I know a covert narcissistist who does this frequently.
My mother taught me as a little girl, always to question myself if she stared at me intensly, insted if telling me off, or explaining what I had done wrong, she wanted to be able just to look at me to obey. And she told me so!! If only I was able to know then what I know now.
When , maggie sees another dog and barks too much it is annoying and we tried a poke but she's 14 1/2 or 85 years old now so that could hurt her.Instead today I gently craddled her face and starred into her eyes saying ,..." This eyebrow thing is spot on! I was married to a malignant narcissist for 23 years. As he aged, his eyebrows grayed, and he started using a black Sharpie (I’m absolutely NOT joking here) to darken his eyebrows. My friend, and former neighbor just rolls with laughter over this.
🤣
💀
💀
Every individual uses their eyebrows differently. Some narcissists do certain things with their eyebrows and others dont. Your claim here is a logical fallacy.
"A can indicate B."
"Someone I was with had A, therefore they are B."
Now I'm not saying your person was not a narcissist. What I am saying is the conclusion is not logically sound.
😂😂
I absolutely love how practical Meadow’s content is!!
You don't need to be overly concerned no one thinks you're a narcissist because of your eyebrows this is just a Clickbait video
No, this video was all about beating up Meghan Markel, not you.
It’s so obvious now that I’m shocked at how I miss so much
Well, my mother was a malignant narcissist prone to savage anger outbreaks & didn't do any of those things in her body language.
The one who made the video is the narcissist. How do we know? She doesn't know Meghan personally. Rubbish.
This is really helpful!
GREAT STUFF !!!!!!!!! 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
My husband stares without blinking when he's trying to get me to believe something he's saying that is probably not true.
My mother, too. It's the "Control Freak" look.
They’re just bad liars
These videos are meaning a lot in my 33 years marriage ending
All narcs has been abused at the first place.
@@jelchi123 She's NOT a narc
Are you serious discounting her evident maliciousness? Come on.
My husband’s ex NPDer thought she could smirk me once. She never repeated it again after the fallout she got back 😂
I think you missed a major one.
You are wonderful. Thanks for yet another wonderful video ❤
I do appreciate your videos. You are beautiful!
I liked how Mr. Spock and Doctor Macoy would raise their eyebrows on Star Trek.🤔
Now I understand, thank you
Another great video!
Yeah, exactly. Narcissists weaponize their pain instead of facing it. That is what makes them dangerous.
Narcs are wounded and the wound is frequently from the mother. And narcs are great actresses. (BTW, I was on Team Megan for years.)
You are helping us so much. May God bless you and help you with all the good work!
Their non verbal are always about terror, and then mixed messages,
Your practical, digestible steps help me so much and I never feel overwhelmed. But I am worried about how I do my brows. I try to look natural but they look too precise and drawn on in photos. Yikes! My mother plucked the hell out of her brows and has nearly none left, so it takes away that one early warning sign, lol but not lol.
Wow this was really good! Those looks are unfortunately all too familiar 😬
The "stare" might also demonstrate that the starer needs glasses.
C'mon! Eyebrows !
Never heard so much nonsense before...
How someone looks is NOT important- it's HOW THEY ACT!
I'm not at all on board with the attempts of labeling Megan Markel as a narcissist. I give great respect to both her and to Harry for breaking away from the toxic royal family. Harry and Megan set strong boundaries for the well being of their own little family unit and for that I applaud them.
Thank you for saying this! I totally agree!

Oh my. Sure wish I hadk know this 24 years ago.
My ex-husband exactly.
Omg, my mum does all of these 😢. And my sister some of them, could she just have learned the gestures from mum?

I agree with you. I don’t understand all of the hate for her.
Previous content I meant, not contempt!
Well said! I couldn’t agree with you more!
