I'm not sure about this, but I think you can use an outpost and deplete it then build a settlement if you want. I say this because I depleted some outposts and they didn't despair for me, it just says that we depleted it if I click on its icon. I didn't research settlements yet so I can't say for sure. Loving the series btw!
loving the series, being able to build in multiple locations is really cool, thus you would have specialized settlements for each thing based on the available resources. I wish I could play this game, but for now I have to live vicariously though you
Love your series man! You should research and build a couple buildings to increase your oil and other resource outputs. Also look het the generator efficiency upgrade to decrease your heat demand.
Really loving this series! I had an idea. What are your thoughts on trading coal for oil with the new colony to meet the objective and get in the new residents until they have more oil up and running? At the end of the day heat is heat in the colony and they don’t have a specific requirement for oil. Keep up the great videos!
Because if I passed the law, and housing demand went up, I wouldnt have had the workforce to man the housing districts. I had to wait to get the population to then pass the law. Safer that way.
@@WhatDarrenPlaysCityBuilders Ok, makes sense. But if risk is the only issue there is risk in waiting to. The more you put it off you risk the situation you ended up in at the end of the episode, which is you have two commitments to pass laws and the council needs to cool down in between. If another issue comes up in the meantime you might even get more. For example, you haven't had the issue you had in the beta of dealing with immigration.
Absolutely love this series man!
Same! 😝
You're how I learn how to play these games. I munchkin my playthroughs so your pace of play is perfect for me.
Having multiple cities is such an amazing idea, holy crap

New one out today, and then next is Wednesday and then Friday. Sorry for the wait :/
I don't get why you waiting so long to pass the law. You have a lot of housing districts at under 100% you can easily accommodate extra housing needs.
