Have to agree, the UK is so catastrophically one sided its unreal. Cooperation and good relations are essential but as equal, respected nations.
Why that is, is because we're not pushing hard enough we seem to be stagnant let's see how may 20th turns out in Swansea 🙏🏴🏴🏴 we really need to get from westmonster asap.

So by independence, they mean full financial independence? Going it fully alone?
I say lets do sensible policies for energy . we have some of the strongest tidal power around our coast why no harness the sea power , there is no need for stupidly expensive and bio unfeiendly barrages the answers are already in the sea off the orkneys I belive a floating device that has turbines that are generating power with no impact on the area its in ,, why have we not got these in every estuary and tidal flow between small islands such as the 2 standing off mumbles head the race through that gap is known to be aboy 10 knotts about 10 mph , this is more than enough to drive the trubines and generate good cleasn power with no impact on its surrounding sea power is used in the uk to power homes and industry ( this information was sourced from guy martins power trip around the uk to find out how the electricity for his cup of tea
