@felygu9268 I remember hearing that he indeed played it once before entombing it, but I might be hella wrong on this one (Also, look up some people playing commander with graded decks, that's hella fun and proves a joking possibility that he can run that card)
Ackstually *anime style glasses flash as I stop scratching my neckbeard to push them up* if you had been paying attention to this channel’s past videos, you would know the proxying stance of WotC for non tournament commander, which is anything goes. Too many people going "Omg Post Malone's One Ring isn't in the list" even though he mentions it at the end. What's going on here, people just read the title and not watch the video?
Honestly, how much is the deck if you use the lowest cost version of each card? Like I wanna know the most expensive deck that is decently built and using the cheapest version of each card in it. Yes some alt cards are STUPID expensive, but a good majority also have a MUCH cheaper version.
It's not worth 2m he paid 2m for it. That's a big difference I could pay 2m for a land but it doesn't make it a 2m land. Not sure what ppl would actually pay for it
So, I have moments where I just don't mind looking dumb online, so someone please explain? I do get the point of the reserve list, as there are some "important" card investors out there, who can shake up the current game, I guess, if their expensive, 30 year old cards lose value, but why does that mean NO reprints? There are versions of Shivan Dragon that are basically no more valuable than a basic land card, it seems, and then another that is over $1,000. "Shivan Dragon" isn't high-value; specific iterations/printings of it are, so if one copy of it can be less than 1, and another over 1,000, why can't they print new copies of Gaea's Cradle, or Tolarian Academy, which woyld be expensive, just because there still aren't THAT MANY of them, but definitely less expensive than the old ones, which would still have their value because they are old, and probably sealed in plastic? Why can some of these priceless cards still get reprints, and these don't tank the value of the originals, but others simply can't, because THEY would somehow hurt the value of the RL entry, and the people who own THESE are either shareholders, or other "important" influencers who can complain, sway new players to riot, or otherwise concern a multi-billion dollar company's continued success?
Because once upon a time when MTG was failing the only thing that saved it was creating the reserve list, thereby stabilizing the market. Or something like that, you have google, use it. There's probably dozens of UA-cam videos about it, if I were to hazard a guess. That's how I found out what the reserve list is about, and then promptly forgot.
i bet you magic players would foam at the mouth for an expensive deck like this, after all it was expenses that made them chase the RC out of the way so WOTC could take over. money runs the game after all
Strong secondary markets are an essential part of retention in this hobby. Nothing on the reserve list is needed for anything the average player is doing. You’d just shoot the hobby in the foot. 😂
@@MonoxideTF2a strong secondary market only matters to wizards because it makes them money. To the actual players it just hurts them because it makes cards more expensive
Seeing this stuff makes me sick. I think the most expensive card I have is $20, and I bought it. Also just got into magic a few months ago could use all the help I can get thanks for the video. At least I can always buy proxies.
Not its not. The most expansive commander deck is whichever deck Post Malone plays his ring in.
Yes, it is. Technically you could be right, but his The One Ring is graded and sealed in plastic, so he cannot play it in a deck.
I doubt that he will put it into a deck
@@MetaKnight23 he did however use it as a treasure token

Can’t wait to proxy this
Yeeeaaaaaa boiii
15 bucks for a deck without basics at fedex, gloss card stock no one knows the difference 👍

Thanks for showing me bling my deck. I don't want the MOST expensive versions for my decks, but I love full arts and foils.
Apparently thise really expensive basic lands are called "Guru lands" which were given to people who taught others to play MTG.
Survival of the fittest has a 10k super rare version, they have 1 of them on hareruya right now
If you included the one of one, One ring, wouldn't the deck be over 2 million?
Yeah, he probably didn't want to do single print cards, otherwise it would probably just be filled with employee or world champ cards
Didn't anyone watch the last segment of the video? Maybe it was just a fever dream but I swear he mentioned it.
This deck list is like 5000 if you don’t use the serial version of these cards. Lol
The 100k secret lair showdown brainstorm is missing.
Does post malone use his one of one one ring? If so whatever deck its in is the most expensive deck
He's been know to use it as a token but not in a deck it's graded
I think at one point he had it in his krrik (post, son of rich) deck
Honestly, how much is the deck if you use the lowest cost version of each card? Like I wanna know the most expensive deck that is decently built and using the cheapest version of each card in it.

12:52 is Cleopatra, Exiled Pharoah
Did Max I. Million get cast into exile? I half expected him to suddenly enter the video.
Glass half-full, at least most of the expensive prints of newer cards have cheaper alternative prints that are dirt cheap
Only one problem. Reprint the reserved list!!! Hear hear!!!
Decklist?
Post Malone has an EDH deck that is worth more than $2 MILLION🤑
The One Ring is worth $2 million alone 🤑
It is graded and sealed in plastic, he cannot play it this way.

Didn't he mention this at the end of the video? But maybe people comment first and watch second.
Why wasn't this deck presented by Maximillion??
Did u forget the one of one, one ring

Average Game Knights deck be like
Put all alpha dual lands will do
I mean, just add the 1 of 1 The One Ring and a bunch of penny cards and you have the most expensive commander deck ever made. Post, get on this.
Definitely better be packing if you are playing with that.
Eh, I’ll just proxy it.
i bet you magic players would foam at the mouth for an expensive deck like this, after all it was expenses that made them chase the RC out of the way so WOTC could take over. money runs the game after all
They need to go back to the old art
Its not even that good. oh and we should get rid of the reserve list, necause its a cards game not a stock fund.

That's probably not going to happen, but it would be cool if it did.
I can make this for less than $3
Guru basic lands
All that money for a power level 7.
not even tbh, more like a 5-6, has no wincon
@ true, true
why does it have so many red cards when red isn't in the commander identity?
This deck is 15,216,278.95% more expensive than the cheapest (paper) deck you made.
I'm also surprised Max A. Millions didn't introduce the deck.
Wrong as usual, full power 9 etc yeah
this deck makes no sense 😹😹
