Both the foods are good for growth of the fish but u can not expect growth of hump to oranda goldfish like Flowerhorn... Good coloration will come if you put these food

Bro Optimum fish food is floating type.. it's bad for Goldfishes. Sinking type of pellets is only suitable for goldfishes. When u feed floating pellets, Goldfish will gulp the pellets along with air and so it causes goldfish to bloat.
Optimum is floating type of fish food only Nanbha... And what you say is half truth and half myth... I feed only floating kind of food only to my gold fishes and it survive well in it 👍 i will try to put video on this soon Nanbha
