Never had heard of the CF engine powered dolly. That company was way ahead of it's time in innovation. Freightliner trucks would not exist if not for CF basically inventing them.

Thanks for the video. The self powered trailer is a good idea but reduces payload for the transport operator.
And I like the battery powered short semi for extra power when needed and reduction in fuel costs. One downside I can see is an increase in overall combination length from a standard semi trailer combination but I guess it wouldn’t be longer than a
B double so would probably be ok.

I don't like electric trucks and also it is nice to have a coffee maker fridge and microwave in the cab of a truck but that means more bathroom breaks so if you want to make a truck with all of that think about a place to piss also
