EatTreat I have never been to Amritsar. So no idea but some places are famous panner bhurji and Amritsari kulcha.

Yes this is the lahori fish style. You have eaten singhara fish but in lahore here they serve mostly Rahu and Baam fish both are river fish and yes with a pinch of chat masala and khobani ki chatni.

Hey bro m native of Amritsar and currently residing in Canada...u reminded me my home town...I would suggest u go to a street food rehdi market opposite crystal restaurant...u will love the place the dosa pav bhaji bomby burger all varieties u will get at a single spot...its street food hub of Amritsar...nd on queens road there is A one kulfa...try that too as a sweetdish...I dont wanna sound rude but these placese are covered by everyone try the real amritsari taste...visit the street food market opposite crystal restaurant on queens road and also go for Ashokhi kulcha in ranjeet avenue...cheers all the best

Today only I just visited Makhan Fish. I am from jammu. Food is good ( not bad but not extremely good). Over hyped, thats what i feel. We can have best Fish pakoda in jammu. Even other Punjabi food. There’s so much in Jammu. You must cover it.
