    This is probably one of the best table builds I've seen,the cleats are a gamechanger.

      Thanks! They do make moving stuff around really convenient and it’s nice to have all the surface area available on the tabletop.

    Nice video. You know I just completed a project where I was constantly moving and grabbing tools and walking back to my bench. I was toying with some kind of caddy until I saw your solution. A caddy with a French cleat is perfect. Thx for the idea, 👍 and subscribed.

      @@wyomingwright i like the stall mat idea. I have seen the plastic cutting board material used before, but it was expensive. I like this idea

      It works pretty good, especially for cutting. It does have a bit of shock absorption so it’s good to have an anvil for setting rivets. I use my press for that and punching holes

    Muy buen trabajo para alguien que no es carpintero. Para mejorar esa mesa yo aria cajones grandes y una repisa más para cosas que no use muy abitual mente cer ca del suelo dejando el espacio justo para un rumba que limpie por debajo, y en los cajones grandes hacer departamentos para poner todo, luego la mesa en vez de poner goma negra como as puesto poner nylon para cortar sobre ella y la otra media parte de goma, esto es una apreciación mia luego tú aces lo que quieras por qué es tu proyecto y tu dinero. Gracias por el tiempo que as invertido en leer este comentario.

    Doesn't stall mat make blades dull?

    • @wyomingwright
      @wyomingwright  2 місяці тому

      It’s not bad if you don’t try to push your blade deep into the mat. I haven’t found a material that doesn’t dull the blades at least a little. You just have to keep them stropped. I like the mats because of how well they endure the cutting. You can sharpen the blades but you can’t fix the mats
