The beater is the most competitive machine for making handmade paper. Its use to make pulp from cotton, jeans, towel, hosiery to cut by the Rag Chopper. The description is as under:-
The Beater made out En-8 Shaft having the size of 140 mm dia fitted with three No. C. I discs, two no. M.S wedge fitting with carbon steel knives having the size of knives 120mm x 762mm long x 8mm thickness no. of knives to be fitted into the discs 72 No. fitting with the help of wooden after fitting the knives it will be locked by a lock ring.The Bedplate size 810mm long 120mm height no of knives is 9 no. also l be fitted in the bottom for the rotor. 2no. M.S fabricated stand is also fitted to run the beater with help of bearing No.22222K along with bracket & sleeve. After fitted the rotor is covered by a rotor cover made from wooden. One No. washing drum is also giving along with the beater for washing the pulp & it will be covered by the wire mesh The driven pulley size 36” dia is also given
