@@lukethomasdillon3762 I agree. Joey would have battered Carl in a physical fight. But like you said, carl was dangerous and had been in prison and knew dodgy people and had connections, like you pointed out. Joey knew that, at the end of the video, you can tell he did feel a bit intimidated, he knew carl meant business.
It’s funny how Carl said to Joey ‘I just pulled you out of a pub brawl for jumping in too quick’ He did exactly that, when Joey and Tyler had a fight. Carl held Joey back.
Only realised the potential Joey had when he left he could've been the next Dennis Rickman he wasn't afraid of anyone just like Dennis and he had a good punch game too plus he's the son of a hardman (Derek) just such a waste.
James Nolan Yep. The best they could do with Joey was put him in a god awful incest storyline with Lauren which pretty much killed any decent potential that the character had. No wonder the ratings were in the gutter during this period.

Joey would beat Carl physically. But Carl was more dangerous, he was in prison and had a lot of dodgy contacts, like Carl said Joey would have been killed.
@@danniimayyy9607 Why not? Joey was tall and built, he definitely had huge potential. I don't know about Carl though. He looks like some sort of gangster or Mafia member but he doesn't look all that when it comes to physical build.

In the Nightclub (R&R), there was music playing. Also, there's lots of people having some drinks, dancing and excitement. A man with a t-shirt gave the drugs to Carl (Drug Dealer). Then eventually, Joey was confronting Carl and had an argument with him, because he had the drugs. Then, Carl started shouting at him and leaves. Later on, Joey told Phil (Nightclub Owner) that Carl has been drug dealing in the Nightclub (R&R).

Carl looks like the real deal when it comes to being a hardman, just have to see how the writers treat his character
