Nice. I personally wouldn't live so near to the sea, I would live further back. However, i can see that area picking up, needs some beach bars 😊. Would be nice to see where local amenities are. The land is beautiful.

correct this land is not ankwanda and has no access due to the graveyard and the lagoon originally many decades ago it was part of ankwanda but was sold by the royal family it is part of the coastal footpath to Elmina a bit of a trek the lagoon is beautiful,

Fabodo why is this land not designed by a city planer? Just selling the land is going to create people buiding anyway they want. When you get a land have a city planner help you design the land, do not just sell it
