Hi, when I start the test the cpu(i7 13700HX) immediately throttling, the fans are set up to max and the temperature hits 100C. The test runs for 10 minutes and the cpu clock speed is 3GHz(the cpu max frequency is 5GHz). The cpu score in cpu-monkey is 1371(muticore), but mine has 938. Also Intel XTU shows power limit throttling, the cpu is idle, and power limit and current/edp throttling at the same time while gaming. Do you think these problems can be fixed with replacing the motherboard, the laptop is under warranty. Thanks!
when i test cinebench r23 with i5 13500 but the problem is temp it runs 175 watt power with 95 to 98 temprature....
when set power limit to 135 watt it stable to 80 degree but lose some performance then what shoud i do for with 175 power draw a cpu cooler is cooler master hyper 212 helo white

and in gamming it goes 65 to 70

@@priyanksaikia5549 iris xe graphics is integrated graphics that means its dedicated vram is very less that's why it shows the error you mentioned. However I don't know how to fix it
Sir i have i3 1220p processor laptop. On internet it shows 8400+ but my laptop give only 5010 why
It is because of the cooling system on your machine, if possible try upgrading your cooling setup.

Bro my score is very low from its original score on website 🥺
It depends how old is your laptop. Initially in a New laptop it gives high scores but after using for 1-2 years CPU benchmarks fluctuates. Even if you run the benchmark 2-3 times continously it gives different results.
