Yeh, I’m feeling this. I’m also working on my own comic and has since I was in Junior high but I had to do a lot of studying on my own Creole culture here in Louisiana because everything here in Louisiana has been Cajun-washed and so many lies been told and even more has been stolen that it’s taking so much time to dig up the truth and the knowledge, the actual religion and language of Louisiana and her Native people which is the Creole people. Even my brand has changed many times because the truth kept revealing itself and I don’t want to form just a comic based off lies. So many who started on the mission with me has moved on to "real life" as they said so it’s definitely has taken its toll on me because it’s so rich that’s it’s become nearly too much but the things I’ve discovered is worth telling and it will be a supernatural story based on the magical and spiritual phenomena and experiences many of us has had here in South Louisiana from around N’Awlins to Lac Charles and the parishes between. Of course I will use color because the Creole people is colorful and is so far outside any racial boundary to the point that we truly have no label if not for our skin tone (visible skin tones for most of us we do actually darken in the summers and lighten during the winter).
So I got the first two issues! I like it so far. Did you know in issue #2 on page 11, when the go meet the king, Scott Howard from the movie “Teen Wolf” is there. “Teen Wolf” starring Michael J Fox…..apparently he lived in NYC lol
@@BlerdWithoutFear agreed, the one I mentioned was raised by educated black professionals.. she came pretty normal if there is a thing as normal in this world. N the other one was raised by some ghetto black parents. She came out hood asf.. good people's just hood asf lol
