I met a few girls who spoke that language and it was very difficult for me to get it... with your medical language and study I would say to keep it light. I really appreciate your dedication and although I haven't been following you on a regular basis .. when you do come across my youtube I definitely smile .... 😊

I'm preparing for med school entrance exam and have been studying for 12-15 hours daily. Like you said, rewarding yourself after completing tasks, watching YOUR VLOG at the end of the day is so much like a reward for me! Absolutely inspiring and so therapeutic❤

I always wanted to wake up at 3am, but I didn't think it's possible until I found your videos! Now I'm waking up at 3 o'clock in the morning everyday and it made a huge difference with my studies! Thank you so much Zeliha for your wonderful videos :) Keep up the good work 😊❤

@@sleepwheel-ti9vr In the past I woke up at 5 o'clock but after finding her videos I tried her schedule for some days and now I'm continuing it! You should try her schedule too :)
How?
@@sleepwheel-ti9vr well it takes a few weeks to get used to but whatever routine you try should provide you with an adequate amount of sleep. Start by trying to sleep early. Like if you get to bed by 10, make it 9. For the first few days it might be very difficult for you but your body will adapt as long as you try to just sleep and not spend that time on your phone or anything else. Then try to wake up early as well. Lets say you sleep by 9 and try to wake up by 3. This gives you around 5.5 to 6 hrs of sleep which is usually not enough but thats fine. Start working and get fresh and do something productive. Now by the middle of the day you might want to get to bed again but try to shake that sleep off by doing some activity, not by having coffee. As night falls, you might feel even more sleepy and this time dont wait for 9pm, listen to your body and hit the bed by 8. This time you'll get 7 hrs max till 3am. Repeat this every day and youll make a habit of sleeping by 8 and waking up by 3. If you feel sleep deprived, add an hr more to your waking up time and wake up by 4. Sounds complicated but once you get into that cycle, its all going to start making sense. I'm not a health specialist so I cant medically prove any of this but this is something that has worked for me.

Hello 👋 I'm preparing for my final exams "bac " those exames which dscide if i can across to med school or not and recently I discover your channel it is around maybe 4 months and i'm sooo grateful for that your videos gave me the energy, strength and even the optimism to be sure that i can make my dream come true and be a doctor I still have 5 months and four days for the date of the exams and I'm sure that I can do it if I develop more myself to the best that I could

Zeliha ben seni uzun zamandır takip ediyorum ve yaşam biçimini çok beğenip özendiğim birisin. Geçen sene YKS zamanı böyle bir düzene girmenin kendimi yormaktan başka bir işe yaramayacağını düşünmüştüm (keşke düşünmeseydim) bu sene üniversite 1. sınıfım ve son 1 aydır istisnalar dışında 4 -5 arası uyanıyorum. Senin bir videonun altındaki linkten kendimin gündüz inasanı olduğumu öğrendim ki bu gerçekten hayatımı kökten değiştirdi. Sadece sana teşekkür etmek istedim
