The only things that gave it away were the textures and lighting. Doesn’t MoominValley’s nighttime scenes have a blue tint to them? Also I thing they’re usually a bit softer with their shadows as well.

Recently I've been trying to get into 3D myself and you've shown me the joys of creating my own reality! I've been a 2D animator for 4 years now, and there are so many little details I noticed in here! I absolutely adore how well animated this is, the character expressions are so interesting in this. I love how you exemplified Snufkin's secretive character even though he didn't have any lines, very well done. I also love how you snuck the bisexual flag colors in one of the shots, very sneaky you are! When I had stumbled upon this my heart did somersaults, I thought this was canon! This is a very impressive animation. I will be looking out for more of your wonderful works, no matter what they end as! Extraordinary work 💖
