Cpu is boiling. Try lowering population density (cpu heavy setting). Also a framerate cap can do wonders here (both on temperatures and that sluggish feeling when you get drops)

@storymaker_____ yeah, not that it matters anyway. Vsync sets a limit to what your monitor can display, turning it off will make it go above that (pretty much pointless and puts extra stress on the system)
