      I have too IGA Nephritis, one of the main points about this disease is it gets worse with relapses. So you lose your filter performance in the kidney until you need a new one or have to do blood work. And no one can tell you how long it will work till it collapse.

      @@itzmemrc8728 There's no cure for IgA nephropathy and no definitive way of knowing what course the disease will take. Some people experience complete remission, others live normal lives with low amounts of blood or protein in their urine, but some people progress to kidney failure. Kidney failute means a machine has to filter your blood with a machine multiple hours and thats up to 4 days a week. And that is really exhausting for your body. Without the bloodwork you would die, because of toxcix substances in your body. Or you get a "new" kidney from a friend or a family member. That will work arround 8 years and then you will need a new one.

      @philipppasternak4451 Рік тому +7

      IGA nephropathy is deadly if not treated. Your immune system will slowly destroy the kidneys which leads to renal failure. You can slow it down with angiotensin 1 conversion blockers, angiotensin 2 antagonists, corticosteroids and other Immunsystem suppressants but that's makes you prone for infections and holds you in catabolism all day long. In the long run you will need dialysis wich is not optimal for a stage Bodybuilder and comes with more potentially deadly complications.
      Also changing the Immunsystem with androgens and other Peds can potentially accelerate and alter this process.

    For the record, I'm studying mecinie, even tho I'm not a doctor yet, these are the side effects of steroids. No endocrinologist can prevent disease like acromegaly ( which most have ) and hyperfunction of the metabolic system disease. This is one of them, the body is a very complex and sensitive machine, taking the slightest of rhoids come with an unbalance of another nutrient or hormone. HGH and aldosterone both cause electrolyte hyper or hypoabsorption. His fault, although I wish he gets well.
