Nutserts can shear. You want to look into something more substantial such as grade 8 bolts, and bottom plate underneath the brackets to help prevent sheer.

Good question. I had got some seatbelts and turned them into lap belts. Kinda like the center seatbelt. But I have a friend that's a fabricator that I'm gonna have build a rollbar add-on so they the other seats will have shoulder belts. I want the rollbar to be removable though. But lap belts for now.
I got them off of ebay. There are other companies that have them. I think I saw them on Amazon as well. But the ones on Amazon were almost $200. I got mine from ebay for less than $100. www.ebay.com/itm/394786270232

I found it on marketplace for less than $100. Got the bracket on ebay for less than $100.
