Big price tag for a 3-channel mixer. Is that an analog compressor? For the price, this needs to be a 6-ch mixer for the ability to jam with more than 3 volcas and include other built-in effects, like stereo reverb, digital stereo delay, chorus, etc.
Andin Briwel yeah for the capabilities it would be nice at $100. I'd use it to create a submix into my 12-channel, but at the cost I'd just get something else. Good idea but it doesn't go far enough to make it worth it.
why in this kind of devices the demos never shows a simple song. I mean, a small piece of music with melody, harmony and rythm. It is always a basic 4/4, a single bass note and many fx noises. The devices looks amazing but demos are poor.
Javi Valdi because Volcas are simple loop-based devices. Making full tracks without some sort of master MIDI device controlling them is impractical IMO.
Having endured the enthusiastic reviews about this offering from Korg, hats off to the guys trying to promote the positives about this thing. However, whatever way you look at it, you can't polish a t*rd guys. This is woefully inadequate for the Volca series and as a long-standing Korg customer (since buying an original MS20 in early 80s) I am disappointed that they have clearly not thought this venture through. A more accurate name would have been "Vulgar Mixup". Come on Korg, you can do better than this, surely?
serious? 3 inputs? wtf is that about. even some cheap ass Behringer has atleast 4 inputs, or 6, depends on how you connect them. And then you have also fx in and out for some effect device. This is overrated junk.
It's crazy they made this. I made comments saying they should make a Volca Mix years ago. Kudos to them.
My request came to reality, Volca Mixer ftw!!...and a most lovely jam, thanx Kraft Music :-)
Okay I wasn’t so sure about the compressor when he was describing it, but that sounds awesome with the acid-y jam he’s doing!
about to buy a volca mix, but damn that monologue sounds phat and stretchy... tempted to buy one instead lol
😂
This dude's a goofball. Pause it at 1:41 and look, OPEN WIDE! He's so enthusiastic!
Hi Nick, incredible mix! Please tell if it’s possible to sync Korg’s virtual iOS synths with Volca Mix?
Q.so if i have 6 volcas does it mean two volca mixers or does it not work like that??

For not much more you can get way more with a Behringer XR12
i'm interested in the multiple analog filters, but otherwise this is a big pass for me.
damn

Javi Valdi i treat them as instruments not as sequencers :)

Too many volcas 4 very few Channels, i think is not the mixer i need, kind of interesting however
if you have enough money to buy all the volcas, why not just buy two of these?
