I think that the alien storyline was what killed it. I also read somewhere too that it was very if not too similar if not identical to dynasty in terms of the formatting and character personalities. They should have been allowed a season 3 but probably reformatted it.

Now that I'm older I hate Frankie and Jason
Seems like dynasty continued but bad acting and poor scenes
