Thank you so much for your music Emil! I’d love to learn your version of either one of the following: En vänlig grönskas rika dräkt, blott en dag, värmlandsvisan, den blomstertid nu kommer, uti vår hage. Best regards
Man you play great!!! This arrangement sounds very very good. So i started watching the lesson. U can play it but you cant teach it. First of all u play different right hand pattern in demo and different in lesson. Right hand is most important here and u dont slow down or show the fingers clearly. Ok i can find my own pattern or follow yours but not exactly and this is really confusing. No tabs or sheet to buy or find for this lesson unless i didnt find it. After the intro and chorus i was lost and i couldnt follow ur lesson cause u dont explain the fingerpicking pattern. i wanted to learn this version but its not good lesson but u can play it great and sounds awsome but again the lesson is maybe for very advanced players that will simply listen to this version and play it without watching much of the lesson. i lost some 3 hours of my time to try to learn this but its not good, especially with not tabs on screen and no right hand pattern slowly and clear on video. i will try to follow the basics of chods and triads but i would like to knwo if u have tabs to try to lean it exactly as u play it cause it sound svery very good and if i try with this lesson it will take me ages to play it exactly lik this.
Hi! Thanks I’m glad you like my playing! I understand that this lesson is a bit tricky. The reason I cannot write it out or share a tab is because if publishing rights. I do a series of online “faster” lessons on UA-cam for songs that I don’t have publishing rights for. However, on our website, all of my lessons have clear tabs and notation of everything that I play - including left and right hand fingerings etc. I also walk you through everything in a slower pace. These UA-cam lessons are a bit faster and made for upper intermediate to advanced players, and I understand that it can be frustrating to figure out some of the patterns when you don’t have a tab to follow. Sorry for this, I will try to make these UA-cam lessons more clear as I post new ones. I appreciate your clear feedback. All the best, Kind regards/ Emil
Emil hi from NZ, what a star you are and what a player, your arrangement of a beautiful old JD song is evocative and you can almost hear JD's voice ringing through. The expression and dynamics in your playing are killer and the love and passion you display through your posts are glaringly obvious. TY so much for sharing all this for us all. Kindest regards from a chump old wannabe bush guitarist.
Damn you are a very good teacher. I would like to transpose songs too, thats my goal. I don't want to play all the time someone else tab, it takes to much time for me to study. Thats so awful. So make more of these lessons, may i can learn it from you. Because nobody can tell me this kind of Magic/ tricks or ingredients i need. Thanks in advance.
Thank you very much! I’ll do my best to make more lessons that people can learn from! A lesson on the topic “transpose songs” is a great suggestion! I’ll think about it
Hope you like this lesson everyone! Any other song that you’d like me to teach here on our channel?
