+Scrap wood City Thank you very much my friend!! I had no other choice but to incorporate it! :D but it came out even better than I expected :) you know when the city is so cool it's easy to take nice shots! haha thanks again man!
Beautiful presentation! Nostalgic: I'm 65...I remember a Popular Mechanics article in late 50's and 60's that detailed this and its great to see it revived! Bravo!
This is possibly the cleanest, most artistic video I have seen on UA-cam in a long time. The transitions are spotless and the cinematography comes across unscathed, the music adds so much to it and I absolute love it. Very well done.
Wow, everything about this video is incredible! Seriously impressed. + you make stick welding look like the most badass thing a person can do. I've never had the desire to learn until this video.
@@Cactusworkshopchannel young man you do outstanding work! I'm deeply impressed and I don't get impressed easily and it rarely happens. Anyhoo I'm going to make some stools like this, so will you please tell me what kind of metal rod you used for the legs (or whatever it's called). Also, why didn't you just heat the rod with a torch, and then bend it? I think that's how I'm going to bend mine, hence it works on bending/shaping a horseshoe 🤷♀️. Thank you so much for sharing and teaching your skills, you're very cool, stay that way, thank you again, and I look forward to hearing from you 🤘
Love your jigs and editing. It's always amazing when people like you show your lateral thinking & problem-solving. Jolts me into another frame of reference.
Your videos are so clean, they are shot and edited beautifully everything flows, everything is perfect, from the the lighting to the choice of music. You can tell that you take great pride, care, and time in everything you do. Bravo, please keep the amazing work up!
Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge slap in my face dude. Your video and your whole channel brought me in a making world made out of aesthetic and perfection. I wanna be a furniture designer and maker and you just inspired me so much ! Thanks for that.
+William Pellegrino hahah thanks a lot! :) Glad you enjoyed :) comments like these keep me going! thanks man! I am already subscribed to you and waiting for your videos! good luck in your new purpose!
enjoyed watching the jig come together. Looks like it spits out pretty consistent legs. I like your adapted design that accounts for the split in the cookie.
+Greg's Garage Thanks Greg! I had an end stop but you have to account for some elastic deformation so it could be around 0.5-1cm of error in the distance between both ends. The drilled holes on the steel plate take care of any inconsistency, basically each leg is a spring so you can make them look very similar easily! Thanks for watching and commenting! :)
+Laura Kampf wooo thanks for the nice words Laura :) glad you liked it! Since you were curious, I hope you found useful the harpin leg making part! Cheers!!
Beautiful camera work and edit! great scraper from a ruler! effective hairpin leg jig! respectable improvisation with the crack! Fitting music! subscribed and excited!
yeeeeessssssss! loved it! I love incorporating a story into the build. beautiful imagery. I wish I had a metal lathe. I see so many possibilities. great video, Carlos!

Eventually you can even stick wood into the chuck :D thanks for your kind words! :)

The hairpin legs look great. Had the same problem with my slice, as it split while drying. Mixed up some resin and filled the gap, put gold foil on the underside and a light as well. Looks great, give it a try
Amazing video. As a woodworker, there are a few things you could do to prevent that crack from getting any worse, but let’s be honest... it looks great just the way it is. The editing is spot on, enjoyed it thoroughly. You got a new sub.
Fantastic video man, ive watched it 4 times in the last 12 hours. Love the way you filmed it and the song choice was perfect. Looking forward to more like this.
+Marlo Quidato Thanks Marlo! Appreciate it!! :) Glad you liked! I encourage you to comment, feedback is always good and it's nice to hear people's opinion :)
I'm pretty new to metal work. Learned a lot. Never seen someone attach the ground to the vise like that. And that is an awesome bending jig you made. Amazing production per usual. Keep it up! So entertaining!

Nice jig for making hairpin legs, could you have used a wooden bowtie to prevent the crack from expanding?
+Brendan Hay Thanks Brendan! I just found the crack as you can see it one day in the morning, so who knew! I don't think it will expand much more since it's already pretty big and, plus, it has a steel frame under it. thanks again!
Great tabletop and camera work.
I live in Istanbul, I was wondering where you bought the wood from.
Many thanks
+ahmad abdolsaheb Thanks man!! I think it was around Uzun Çarsi Cd. :) good luck if you try to find it! :D

Thanks!! It was a possibility but the structure itself is beautiful so why bother :)
Nice work! A wooden butterfly joint would look cool in the table top gap.
Yeap! too lazy for that though :) hahah
Just bought a stick welder, I m going to try to build your jig! (unfortunately without metal lathe)
