Ive definetely had this happen just on accident...im running and feeling pain, then i thunk of a point in training i need to improve or slacked on prior and my mind can get lost in that, then all of a sudden i forgot i was beatdown...good video my man..
hey bro great video have you got any suggestions for boxers? and fighting fatigue having trouble fighting through those rounds and recovering from big shots in sparring. can you recommend any strategies like the focus on big toe or handle bar tapping for boxers to do in the ring
I do track and cross country, and when that last 100 came up, i would hit my chest really hard, and all my pain would go away and I'd be able to sprint a 13 second 100 meters after running a 5k
What’s the reason for fatigue ,in legs ,what is the connection to what my heart is doing and my legs ,if my cardio gets better does this effectively make my legs more efficient ,obviously lactic build up woukd take longer
He is actually telling the truth I would really recommend this guy he knows what he is talking about
