The bedrooms are small as well as closets. The kitchen/living and outdoor area is very nice but I was expecting some tile in the bathtubs and shower. Also a little too close to other homes.

Hi Ben longtime No see I really like this home, But $460,000 is way over my Head. I Was Wondering if you going to Show Video Homes in Coolidge. With the Prices of these Homes, Coolidge is Some what affordable. Hopefully the Market will continue to go down. Nice Video 👍👏😍👌 Ben!

I live in casa grande don't want in Hoa house Hoa is a con don't want some one tell me what to do at my house I work hard for the house not the Hoa there just a con to get money from you
non hoa are ghetto areas usually. hoa is a rip off though so i can see both sides
