Hi Ben seen the video of house in Casa Grande, in my wildness Dream cannot believe you have a 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, and over 3000 square feet, UNBELIEVABLE, for $260,000 in any part of the city especially places like Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surpise, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, would be in the upper 400-500,000. Hello Edna, good question. Casa Grande is not appreciating as much as the other areas in Maricopa county. The city of Maricopa is appreciating more than Casa Grande and it all boils down to demand. A lot of people who live in Maricopa & Casa Grande commute to work throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Some people in Tucson Even commute to work in the Phoenix Metro area as well.
