- Welcome to my first video game hair tutorial! Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite franchises of all time, and I was so excited to finally get a female assassin to play. I was even more excited when I saw that Evie rocks a braided hairstyle! So here's an easy and quick tutorial for that look.
Difficulty: Easy
Hair Length: at least collar bone length, less than waist length
Materials: small hair ties, bobby pins
Skills needed: Dutch braid
Time cost: 10-20 minutes
ideal hairtype: any

the little menu graphics were great - I'd love to see more video game braids. Triss Merigold in Witcher 3 has a braided look that seems re-creatable in real life. :)

+MistressWe I've only been able to play AC II and Brotherhood cuz I'm on a Mac, but you bet I've watched playthroughs of all the rest. I like the story!

I dont remember too much assasins creed ladies because Evie was the most badass of them all ♡, but could you do more tutorial for video games in general, like Elise from Unity, although I think her hair wasn't styled too complicated? :) Thank you for this awesome tutorial

hi! I love your hair tutorials, and I can't wait to try this out, but ive been having a bit of a problem, and im wondering if you might know how to fix it? my hair reaches to my hips and is quite thick, and I don't know if it's because of this, or just lack of skill on my part, but I always have real trouble with making hair styles last, especially buns. the less movement I make the better, but they always seem to ultimately unravel or loosen greatly. any tips?
+SeerWalker buns are hard with long hair. they're just so heavy! have you ever seen torrinpaige on youtube? She's a good friend, and has classic length herself so a lot of her videos are about braids and buns for lots of long hair.

I'm afraid to even try using bobby pins. I'm terrified of how much I'll fail to get the desired hair strands into the pin. When I go to try it, the task just seems so enormously difficult.

Katharine Proudmoore and Varrock Saurfang from the upcoming WoW expansion (Battle for Azeroth) have badass braided styles. I'm going to double check and make sure they are actually possible to do, but I would like to see you do them. Because #ItMatters after all.
May I suggest Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn? It's a controlled mess, I'm curious to see how it could be achieved. You could go climbing some cliffs for the intro :D
