Such a simple food…i love this satvik food…we have a certain god that we pray to in the south..and for 45 days …we are supposed to eat such food without garlic and no non veg …and we are supposed to sleep on the hard floor during these 45 days and take cold showers…it really helps the mind…and will feel at peace

The video is fun but an observation is usage of a metal spoon on a non-stick kadai right at the beginning (00:06-00:09). Never do that as it can scratch the kadai and make the food potentially hazardous. One can see the kadai is already heavily scratched and still being used! This food is being cooked for our supreme leader. Not done.

Poori aloo is not simple, halka food. Rather it's quite rich. Even if you eat only 2 pooris.
Satwik tatwa is not in food..it is in your mind. In the 17-19 th century Bengal has produced as many social reformer as rest of the India has ever produced. Still here we have been eating non vegetarian food since the time immemorial. President Murmu is a nice and well educated person. The Satwik tatwa is in her mind, she doesn't need any so called 'satwik food' to bring out that positive energy.
