One question though .. if I have more than one offer do I set up the automatic trigger for each word(comment) and how would that be done ? The same exact steps? Or it’s it only available in the pro version
If you have more than one offer we recommend you create multiple posts. Meaning, one offer per post and thus one automation per offer. This will make sure your audience does not get confused and they are clear on which offer they are opting into :)

I would test and see if it works! I don't believe you can do this for Paid Ads, but if it's sponsored or Boosted, it might work. Test it and let us know! :)

Do you know if it is possible to send proactive messages to customers as soon as they are on our subscription list? I’m asking because we want to run a campaign and send our customers our new sale offers, like a broadcast but using our own follower/subscription list.
Unfortunately this cannot be done via ManyChat. You can message your ManyChat contacts individually but not as a broadcast. We suggest you create an Instagram Broadcast channel to accomplish this.
What if you just want to send a PDF of something? Do you need a landing page? Or can I just use a google doc?
You CAN use a Google Doc. Should you? It's wasted opportunity! A landing page with an opt-in form that delivers the PDF via email is our recommended course of action. That way you build your email list organically :)

Hi Kim. How you can DM a video of (first lesson) from instagram without having a website or landing page. Is possible to hold the video in manychat?
You cannot DM them a video, but you can DM them the link to a video. ManyChat does not have a video player so you can upload your video to a service like Vimeo and link to that video inside the ManyChat reply. Now, we don't recommend this strategy. We recommend you link to a landing page where you collect that users name and email and via an email automation, you send them the link to your Vimeo video. Hope that makes sense! - Bryan

once i connect instagram nothing happens. ive tried on 3 different browsers what am i doing wrong?

The automation should trigger every time a comment is made. I believe there should be at least 30s between each comment to allow the automation to run for the same person. If you're experiencing this issue, I suggest you pause your current automation and create a new one. Test it. If the issue persists, then contact their support team for further assistance. :)

how many posts we can use automation in free plan
It seems they have a limit of 1,000 contacts not a limit in automations. So set up as many automations as it allows you to and once you reach 1,000 contacts then you can consider upgrading. :)
What to do when it doesn't recognize or find your business account? It is connected to my Facebook business account. Can you help me or direct me to someone who can help. My business partner and I have spent hours trying to set this up...
I would begin with their Help Center support.manychat.com/en/support/home Here you can also create a support ticket so their support can help you set up your integration :)

You need to add the open website option and link the website url inside the action button :) Use an automation template first if that is easier to set up.

Can we integrat with TikTok
Great question! It seems that their integration is limited to Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. But I would keep an eye out if they ever do in the near future :)
My Manychat only works when someone goes directly to my DM's and not the comments. What am I doing wrong?
Did you integrate with Instagram? That is the only account it will work with Comments. The Facebook Messenger, Telegram and WhatsApp integrations are only for DMs. If that is not the case I would re-integrate and then create a new automation from scratch. If that still does not work, reach out ManyChat support and they will point you in the right direction. Hope you get to resolve the issue soon!
