Yeah. I'm glad you have it working great. Trains were glitching thru the forest and into the planet in Microtech...can't get to spaceport. Then the next day I made it to the space port to figure out you had to hit the elevator button multiple times quickly to get an elevator. Forget about getting stuff out of your storage. I couldn't even get on yesterday. Got into menu and hit the US server and went to loading screen and sat. Today is a little better. Had a 30k, but it didn't fix, it died, and I was back at my home base.
It is coming along...but slowly.
The fact that I have been unsuccessfully trying to get to the spaceport for 4 days and 4 patches - always failing due to gamebreaking bugs makes this even more unbelievable
this game has had me interested for awhile now and i think i will try it
Just as an FYI: The game is amazing, and can be tons of fun. It can also, more often, be very frustrating due to bugs, "alpha" state, new features being tested, features missing, etc. Just so you know going it.
Just reinstalled SC this weekend. Excited to check out the new stuff. I loaded up once and lost connection to server, but just didn't really have time to play so I didn't retry yet.
Glad to see the patch has been working for some people.
For me its 5 minutes, some random container keeps teleporting onto my hands (bug they havent been arsed to fix since the capability to pick up crates came) and elevators not responding.
Does the inventory work well now? Or it's the same madness? :D

This is the test servers for the next patch likely dropping in a month
14 years of development and the high bar for success is if they trams and elevators work. But there is a new character creator, good thing the FPS AI behavior is on point and working. I see a direct correlation between Starship and Star Citizen.
It's an early test build. Issues are expected.
@@XShadowAngel beyond early test builds its not even open to the public now it is no longer under nda for the inside testers but its got a bit to go before the public gets to stress it and then become the main patch
Satirical piece? Because "it just works" and SC have never been together before. Unless you refer to the funding model and FOMO.
Otherwise there has never been an event, contract loop, ship, npc, or server that ever "it just works".
watched three streamers on the 3.23 EPTU and one of them had to backspace twice to get out of the hab, one after half an hour didn't get to the space port without getting ejected from the tram. And the number of times ships and hangers did not work right could fill an hour between them.
So whatever server you were on, hope you recorded the number to get back onto it.
for some people its fine and for others its not, for an early build that only recently left inside testing under nda its not surprising, its not even open to the public to test, and even itll break more because of the amount of people who will play and test it
