Genshin was that on the merit that they were the first ones, I knew from the get go they will set a standard for gacha games, and also cause first version was really good like we got Dragonspine if I rember correctly and Dragonspine is peak Genshin WW is good, I like it, but I like it more for the game it can be and I hope Kuro will keep improving
Great game for F2P honestly, these devs are generous and take player feedback seriously. They value your time and really put efforts into polishing the game. I originally quit wuwa in 1.0 got back halfway in 1.2. A lot of stuff has been improved and lots of quality of life is introduced in current patch 1.4, it's worth investing some time into it and testing the waters for yourself and check if it gets you hooked.
Its really cool how you are also able to buy the sequences from the shop, I got my Camellya S1 cause I had bad luck with pulls, its super convinient, If I ever go pay to play I will do it with this game, the shop is so valuable and underrated, like its crazy, imagine buying a copy of your fav 5 star as a f2p! I was super happy, now I'm courting her S2.
@@eraba661 Yea fr, the option to buy upto 2 copies is a great option to have. The guaranteed 5 star weapons and the 80 pity really makes it so much better value-wise. Additionally the 7 pulls from oscillated corals shop instead of 5 pulls in other games is also good. The game is fun and rewards my time. The only thing I want now is more content to tackle.

I normally don't make comments on youtube much but I gotta say, I'm really happy seeing big creators like you enjoying wuwa and I hope to see more of it, this game is truly one of the better out there to me. maybe in some aspects it's not perfect yet and it had a rough start but I'm certain wuwa is going to grow out to be even more amazing in the future. I really regret leaving Wuwa during 1.2 when they gave a free limited 5 star Xianli Yao who is currently the best electro dps. But I'm never leaving i got Camellya currently pulling for her weapon (ik Rinascita is around but i fell in love with Camellya's story so i can't just leave her without her weapon). NEVER EVER LEAVING WUWA AGAIN.
I don't even know what to do with xiangli yao don't have yinlin, and I have changli (pulled coz she's pretty and got lucky), but when I saw quick swap this sh*t is good

I trashed WuWa because 1.0 was so rough but Kuro did up the ante with 1.1 the story for Jinshi and Changli was fire. Didn't really care much for 1.2 Zhezhi and XY, but 1.3 another banger story with Shorekeeper then Encore's story as well. Then 1.4 dropped now I understand why the Camellya glazing she is absolutely crazy beautiful. English VA are still a hit or miss. But the QoLs are on point. Kuro Games ain't stingy they give so much astrites even an f2p will have tons of fun.
1.0 was rough but u could see the game potential from the start, thats why i gave it more time and i dont regreat it. Wuwa was not read to be lauched at that time the rush to rewrite the sory and the fact they were running out of money forced a premature release of the game, we will see lot of changes from 2.0 and ahead since most of 1.X was pretty much already done before release, we had footages of black shores on very early betas, so i rlly expecting a even bigger quality jump on the new region

The illusive realm giving so many of the enemy world drop upgrade mats is probably my favorite thing from this update. It was the biggest hindrance to upgrading my characters and now it feels like no problem at all. Have almost 5 full teams to use at any given time
I did stopped playing Wuthering Waves from Ver 1.1 to now because not only it was lack of content, I was very bored since I hardly ever play story quests, adventure quests and last but not least, events. Why I would say that because I was into farming my characters and collect chests to contribute the exploration of the region. I mean sometimes the enemy levels were too high, and my characters won't be able to beat it. Having to build and farm my characters is just too tired as the chances of getting new echoes is very low. It makes me want to give up the game because it makes me feel tiring and less entertainment. I mean sometimes storage issues can also make u want to quit the game, that is why decision is hard because playing your favourite games and experience each and every games story quests can boost your mood and immerse into the story. However having to quit your favourite games will make you feel regret, remorse and disappointment such that you feel less excitement when playing a different game when u have to adjust your storage. Now, returning to the game in Ver 1.4, with new characters and new events, stories many more, I want to dive back again, and see what it changes. Going back to play the story quests gives the vibes, the chills, the nostagics and the emotions when you are immerse into the game. Very happy that the developers were listening to the communities about our feedback. As soon as they listened, they just start working on it, and thats a compliment!! Now to think of going back, I want to support the game even more, and I want to finish the stories and trying out new characters for my adventure. More Astrides, more rewards, getting new characters, farming again and again, will make you want to play the game forever. I hope Wuthering Waves won the award, because they really listened to us and they work super duper hard to give us new contents and optimising updates. They deserved it and better!!
honestly i started in 1.0 and i just played a couple of days before i quit the game, i reinstalled the game to get jinshi but i quit the game after that and i gave a second try with the 1.4 and i don't have words to say how much i'm liking it, the improvements, the shorekeeper story, the new event, the new mechanics, overall they're doing it incredibly and beside that you did a great video! As someone who grew up with games like WoW and never played a gacha games, (GI was the first) WuWa is now the only game I can simply casually enjoy and feel nostalgic just from the experience and world, better than some AAA games today :) and those Waifus oh my...
Dropped the game after a week of launch, came back now for Camellya and I'm enjoying it. The story is picking up, Camellya is awesome, and the QoL features are nice. Very F2P-friendly too, I kinda expect them to win the award, but we'll see as Zenless' devs are doing a great job and are also deserving of it.
Kuro really put their bets all-in on Camellya and won. She's good as a playable character, interesting as a part of a story, having a strong bond with MC and stuff. She was the most anticipated one since release and boy, oh boy, all the waiting was worth it. Even I returned back to the game when I discovered there is a Camellya banner, bought a subscription, a battle pass and even donated some more over it, now I have her and her signature sword. Quite a sad moment there is not too much to do after completing Black Shores questline and her companion story.. Waiting for Rinascita, then.

I am loving WuWa. Yinlin got me into the game Camellya is keeping me in it. But trusting it is really fun and the quality of life updates make is so much more enjoyable to play
I played this game because of the camellya character like sparkle and with unique gameplay that I like , now genshin and wuwa .. it's on my potato phone .. 🎉
I love literally everyting about this game. wholesome community, awesome developers, awesome patches that just gets better and better... I like how people already go crazy about upcoming characters. I've seen various wholesome fan arts already. They definitly deserve more recognition :)
The comments section can be described in one word: return 😁 I'm glad that people are coming back to WuWa. And I'm also glad that I had the opportunity to watch the game gradually improve since release and not face problems that scared people away (thanks to my pc, it did a great job 👍🏼)
Ive been playing the new update as well and love it! I took a break during most of 1.1 and 1.2, but came back in 1.3 and i think Im here to stay. Its pretty sweet to see.all the cool stuff Kuro has been doing, and the positivity from the community as well. And great video!
please play the main story and make a video on it. including me many people would love to see it. the new main story in black shore was just mind boggling. it was crazy.
i'll tell u how many free rewards i got so i had saved around 35 wishes for camellya and my pity was around 30 after the update i got 10 free pulls ... but i lost on the banner on like 65 pity so i grinded back and got Camellya at 74 pity being completely f2p ....
11:54 they also have a character role summary feature, it tells you a characters main roles and tells you what they buff and what attacks they use for damage i.e "main damage dealer, basic attack damage" for camellya, so you know what stats are good for your echos!
@Megizo it wasn't, but they did add it fairly early to show character relevant specifics, not just a big list of what things do which was there from the start, they basically took any guess work out and made it very easy to see what's what
my main con still has been the game crashing on mobile. i know people have said it improved but for some reason it still kept crashing for me, it was better than when i first played in 1.0 where it would crash every 5 minutes, now it crashes after 20 minutes. i play wuwa on my iPad 9 and but i still experienced crashes, just wish that the game can run smoothly on mobile (for a wide range of mobile devices) in 2.0. from the teasers rinascita looks amazing. as someone who had to took a break playing wuwa since 1.2 due to college its nice that they added a ton of qol for players who actively play the game. kuro has been really good on listening to players feedback and add it to the game so happoefully rinascita would not disappoint on the story, the world and the exploration (which are the reasons why i play this game)
Been saving for Camellya since 1.0 after failing YinLin with Verina. Finally able to get her up to RC 4 along with her weapon. Definitely worth the wait. Trying to get another copy of her. Wish me luck guys. I've never been so obsessed with a gacha character 😅
The update is definitely worth coming back to! Between the main stat for echoes to double drops for rewards in the domains makes it easy to grind especially when you want to run certain areas. Either way I am excited for Wuwa to grow
I've been enjoying Camellya so much. I don't wanna pull for her sword because of the new Region and I have 2 standard sword anyways. I used her to clear TOA this rotation with Sanhua because Jinhsi can't do it (both Fallacy and Aix resist spectro), I love Camellya so much man.
i have been having fun playing with camellya. she is one of my fav, i prefarm for her and she is now my strongest dps. worth the wait. and Rinascita is coming up im hype for Zani!
I just got back to ww from hiatus since changli banner (still sad that i missed a free 5*) and instantly got camellya because i had enough for a single 10 pull after i collected the rewards from the mail and it was at 0 PITY. Huh, they are happy im back...i love u too kuro

Havent downloaded the update yet, but so far wuthering waves has been a BLAST and im soo excited for every little update,new character,ect. They really did a good job and my heart goes out to creators and everyone involved. :)
Personally I feel this is a main story patch. It fully establishes that the Somnoire aka Illusive Realm is something important and not just an event holder. It's right up there with the Tethys System of the Black Shores as a tool Rover utilized against the Lament.
Here's the thing. They've released Camellya as a Havoc DPS last before 2.0 because Rover's 2nd form is a Havoc DPS. New region means new element for Rover, so it just all falls into place. You won't lose out on a 5* Havoc DPS if you switch Rover to their new element, because they provided Camellya. Somnoire IS this version's big story mode IMO because they dropped some lore bits. Somnoire was created by someone Rover knows, for example. Someone who's 'like Rover'. So it adds a new angle, a new thing for us to wonder about. Who is this person? When will we meet them? Have we already met them? Etc. I actually appreciate this "filler patch" because it's like a break before we head off to Rinascita. Rift Runner feels like they're experimenting for events or character ability. Also you don't just unlock a weapon transmog, you also unlock the weapon. Somnoire Anchor is a sword that's kind of better than a lot of the other 4* normal swords. Other weapon transmogs they have available right now turn weapons either completely or partially invisible, which is really really fun. Don't like Yin Lin's hand Rectifier? Make it invisible. Think those gauntlets don't look good with Xiangli Yao's drip? Make it invisible. Unfortunately the each transmog can only apply to one weapon at a time, so you can't have two rectifiers for eg be invisible. This is something I'll ask for next survey, because they do listen. Of course, everyone is talking now about the drip marketing and teaser for Rinascita. ZANI SWEEP.
as a resident character story spam skipper in genshin, i absolutely loved cam’s story. funnily, wuwa has a story skip button but i find myself not using it where genshin doesn’t have one but i cba about 99% of the story there
I love how wuwa does story telling its interactive and fun, I skipped through all the dialogue in the quest since I have no time to sit down and listen
I still find it funny how everyone, even the devs, are setting their eyes on Camellya. Which is totally legit, her gameplay is fun, her design especially that transparent pants/thighs thingy - all amazing. yet I am here, waiting for the 4 star Hamster girl to add to my list of character. Dont get me wrong, Camellya is fire, and I was tempted. But the day I almost pull for her was the day Zani drip market, and my asterites are for her and her only.
I love the fact that their events allow you to test out characters like almost all of the time. As an F2P and someone who’s running out of Astrite and pity, I appreciate this so much 🥹 I know I’m missing out not experiencing some of the new characters and weapons but those trials manage to scratch my itch!!!! Thank u, Kuro Games devs!
The only con I can think of right now is that I wish the devs make the main story much bigger for me to play through. The event quests, companion quests are nice and short, but I personally wouldn't mind having to take more time going through the main quest so I hope it gets longer, grindier is fine too! Good reason to both push the story and grind echoes/materials.
Somnium Labyrinth IS the big new story. It was categorized in the quest log as the main story, or something similar to Trailblaze Continuances which those are also part of the main story. I'm enjoying the update though. Camellya is so fun to use, and I've finally gotten 30/30 on Tower of Adversity instead of 27-29/30.
It's really nice to see how much they've changed and improved the game since launch. Characters have been consistently good, Devs seem to listen and the 2.0 cast has got me hyped for the future 😁

honestly i started in 1.0 and i just played a couple of days before i quit the game, i reinstalled the game to get jinshi but i quit the game after that and i gave a second try with the 1.4 and i don't have words to say how much i'm liking it, the improvements, the shorekeeper story, the new event, the new mechanics, overall they're doing it incredibly and beside that you did a great video! As someone who grew up with games like WoW and never played a gacha games, (GI was the first) WuWa is now the only game I can simply casually enjoy and feel nostalgic just from the experience and world, better than some AAA games today :) and those Waifus oh my...

Dropped the game after a week of launch, came back now for Camellya and I'm enjoying it. The story is picking up, Camellya is awesome, and the QoL features are nice. Very F2P-friendly too, I kinda expect them to win the award, but we'll see as Zenless' devs are doing a great job and are also deserving of it.
Next patch is a big one. New nation, new set of characters already revealed. Its going to be exactly what you want, Doro. Kuro just keeping giving.
Kuro really put their bets all-in on Camellya and won. She's good as a playable character, interesting as a part of a story, having a strong bond with MC and stuff. She was the most anticipated one since release and boy, oh boy, all the waiting was worth it. Even I returned back to the game when I discovered there is a Camellya banner, bought a subscription, a battle pass and even donated some more over it, now I have her and her signature sword. Quite a sad moment there is not too much to do after completing Black Shores questline and her companion story.. Waiting for Rinascita, then.

I am loving WuWa. Yinlin got me into the game Camellya is keeping me in it. But trusting it is really fun and the quality of life updates make is so much more enjoyable to play
I love this game so much even though I lost all 3 of my 50/50's but yet I was still able to get Jinhsi and Shorekeeper
More players are definitely coming back for the Yinlin rerun 😏

Ive been playing the new update as well and love it! I took a break during most of 1.1 and 1.2, but came back in 1.3 and i think Im here to stay. Its pretty sweet to see.all the cool stuff Kuro has been doing, and the positivity from the community as well. And great video!

i'll tell u how many free rewards i got
so i had saved around 35 wishes for camellya and my pity was around 30
after the update i got 10 free pulls
... but i lost on the banner
on like 65 pity
so i grinded back and got Camellya at 74 pity being completely f2p ....
11:54 they also have a character role summary feature, it tells you a characters main roles and tells you what they buff and what attacks they use for damage i.e "main damage dealer, basic attack damage" for camellya, so you know what stats are good for your echos!
It's there since the beginning tho
@Megizo it wasn't, but they did add it fairly early to show character relevant specifics, not just a big list of what things do which was there from the start, they basically took any guess work out and made it very easy to see what's what

i do wish there was a toggle to keep the stamina on the screen rather than popout only on login
my main con still has been the game crashing on mobile. i know people have said it improved but for some reason it still kept crashing for me, it was better than when i first played in 1.0 where it would crash every 5 minutes, now it crashes after 20 minutes. i play wuwa on my iPad 9 and but i still experienced crashes, just wish that the game can run smoothly on mobile (for a wide range of mobile devices) in 2.0.
from the teasers rinascita looks amazing. as someone who had to took a break playing wuwa since 1.2 due to college its nice that they added a ton of qol for players who actively play the game. kuro has been really good on listening to players feedback and add it to the game so happoefully rinascita would not disappoint on the story, the world and the exploration (which are the reasons why i play this game)
Havoc rover is also a insanely strong havoc dps dealing like up to 100+k with ults
Been saving for Camellya since 1.0 after failing YinLin with Verina. Finally able to get her up to RC 4 along with her weapon. Definitely worth the wait. Trying to get another copy of her. Wish me luck guys. I've never been so obsessed with a gacha character 😅

The update is definitely worth coming back to! Between the main stat for echoes to double drops for rewards in the domains makes it easy to grind especially when you want to run certain areas. Either way I am excited for Wuwa to grow

I've been enjoying Camellya so much. I don't wanna pull for her sword because of the new Region and I have 2 standard sword anyways. I used her to clear TOA this rotation with Sanhua because Jinhsi can't do it (both Fallacy and Aix resist spectro), I love Camellya so much man.
i have been having fun playing with camellya. she is one of my fav, i prefarm for her and she is now my strongest dps. worth the wait. and Rinascita is coming up im hype for Zani!

Havent downloaded the update yet, but so far wuthering waves has been a BLAST and im soo excited for every little update,new character,ect. They really did a good job and my heart goes out to creators and everyone involved. :)

Personally I feel this is a main story patch. It fully establishes that the Somnoire aka Illusive Realm is something important and not just an event holder. It's right up there with the Tethys System of the Black Shores as a tool Rover utilized against the Lament.
Here's the thing. They've released Camellya as a Havoc DPS last before 2.0 because Rover's 2nd form is a Havoc DPS. New region means new element for Rover, so it just all falls into place. You won't lose out on a 5* Havoc DPS if you switch Rover to their new element, because they provided Camellya.
Somnoire IS this version's big story mode IMO because they dropped some lore bits. Somnoire was created by someone Rover knows, for example. Someone who's 'like Rover'. So it adds a new angle, a new thing for us to wonder about. Who is this person? When will we meet them? Have we already met them? Etc.
I actually appreciate this "filler patch" because it's like a break before we head off to Rinascita.
Rift Runner feels like they're experimenting for events or character ability. Also you don't just unlock a weapon transmog, you also unlock the weapon. Somnoire Anchor is a sword that's kind of better than a lot of the other 4* normal swords. Other weapon transmogs they have available right now turn weapons either completely or partially invisible, which is really really fun. Don't like Yin Lin's hand Rectifier? Make it invisible. Think those gauntlets don't look good with Xiangli Yao's drip? Make it invisible. Unfortunately the each transmog can only apply to one weapon at a time, so you can't have two rectifiers for eg be invisible. This is something I'll ask for next survey, because they do listen.
Of course, everyone is talking now about the drip marketing and teaser for Rinascita. ZANI SWEEP.

funnily, wuwa has a story skip button but i find myself not using it where genshin doesn’t have one but i cba about 99% of the story there

I still find it funny how everyone, even the devs, are setting their eyes on Camellya. Which is totally legit, her gameplay is fun, her design especially that transparent pants/thighs thingy - all amazing. yet I am here, waiting for the 4 star Hamster girl to add to my list of character. Dont get me wrong, Camellya is fire, and I was tempted. But the day I almost pull for her was the day Zani drip market, and my asterites are for her and her only.
I quit after getting Yinlin but Camellya made me come back and pay.

I love the fact that their events allow you to test out characters like almost all of the time. As an F2P and someone who’s running out of Astrite and pity, I appreciate this so much 🥹 I know I’m missing out not experiencing some of the new characters and weapons but those trials manage to scratch my itch!!!! The only con I can think of right now is that I wish the devs make the main story much bigger for me to play through. The event quests, companion quests are nice and short, but I personally wouldn't mind having to take more time going through the main quest so I hope it gets longer, grindier is fine too! Good reason to both push the story and grind echoes/materials.
I just re-downloaded the game today. Got Lingyang, then Camellya, and the game is working more efficiently than in the Summer.
2 days into this game and my first pull was Cameylla😊 Loving it!
Somnium Labyrinth IS the big new story. It was categorized in the quest log as the main story, or something similar to Trailblaze Continuances which those are also part of the main story.
I'm enjoying the update though. Camellya is so fun to use, and I've finally gotten 30/30 on Tower of Adversity instead of 27-29/30.

It's really nice to see how much they've changed and improved the game since launch. Characters have been consistently good, Devs seem to listen and the 2.0 cast has got me hyped for the future 😁
