  • This Turkey Bacon Avocado Chaffle Sandwich recipe makes for a quick, easy and low-carb lunch. We use crispy, cheesy and keto-friendly chaffles instead of bread to give the classic sandwich a fun new twist. Meet the new Keto/ low carb craze - the chaffle. A basic chaffle is made with just two ingredients - eggs and cheese. In this one we added some jalapenos to give it a little kick. Sounds weird but trust us - these are absolutely delicious! They are cooked in a mini waffle iron and come out tasting like, well, crispy, cheesy waffles.
