How often per week should I do the leg curls and what about on sets say at the gym
When treating tendinopathies I tend to prescribe maximum x 3 sessions a week. Every patient is different. General recommended guidelines are 3 sets of 15-20, gradually reducing reps every few weeks and increasing weight as able.
