    What is the brand of your chowmein noodles? I want to use the same one and thank you for sharing this recipe. Do you have a recipe for almond or cashew chicken?

      You're welcome! I don't remember the brand I used that day. I always get the one they have at the time, as it's a small oriental market about 15 miles from where I live. Any brand will do, whether it's dry or frozen noodles. You may also use low mein noodles or even spaghetti. I don't have a video of chinese chicken with cashews yet, but it's a great idea. Thank you 😊

    My secret condiment for Chinese chow mien is 1 tbs of tomato ketchup🍅in addition to Asian brown sauces👍.

    I absolutely love Chinese dishes especially stir fries. I am concerned on MSG also my husband is a diabetic. All recipes are welcome. Thank you for this dish.

    I can’t stand celery, carrots or cabbage (70s school dinners) so I would use sweet pepper, sliced mushrooms, zucchini and broccolini instead
