Done on Dolphin 5.0 LuaCore with Savestates, Slowdown, Frame Advance, TAS Input, LuaScripts, and Text Files.

Speedometer shows my moving speed for horizontal axis (XZ speed).
This is the first ever 3lap TAS using Superslide. It allows us to run the track at 120 speed, the upper speed limit for Time Trials.
A few things to note:
-We choose Wario Bike for this run, because it can stay stable in the ground due to its hitbox, and this makes it possible to perform Superslide the entire lap.
-In order to get into a Superslide state as quickly as possible, the ultra shortcut is preformed on lap1.
-On lap3 taking the last sidewalk saves about 0.15 seconds. It can only be used on the final lap because getting off the sidewalk would cancel the Superslide state.

Just to give everyone some perspective on how many things changed to reach this point, this TAS is like 15 seconds faster than it was projected to be at the start of the year.
1. We started off assuming the TAS would be done with Flame Runner, as that was the only vehicle which could get the 1 shroom ultra. We were going to start work on that shortly after CM was finished in March, but we had to make sure we wouldn't be restarting in the middle of the project, so made sure the ultra wasn't possible with ODB.
2. It was then proven possible with ODB by Justin, who found you could use an OOB hop to cover more distance with the lower speed ODBs have. That wasn't enough, because we weren't sure ODB would be faster, as superhopping hadn't even been proven faster for no ultra.
3. Monster proved superhopping was faster for no ultra, which confirmed ODB to be faster for both no ultra and unrestricted (this run). This ruled out the prospect of it being a large collab, as most people aren't accustomed to optimising superhopping. It is therefore usually left to people who know what they're doing (e.g. Monster).
4. Ejay found you could clip up onto the banner shroomless, which saved 4 seconds for flap (in combination with using ODB), but the setup alone was too slow and we concluded 2/3 ultra or 3/3 ultra would be slower than 1/3 ultra.
4. Monster showed WBSS had potential to tear tracks apart with the realisation of bonking off walls and reversing to have full freedom of movement around tracks at full speed. His plan for DC was to perform the ultra on lap 1, and use the fact you can get stuck in the ground to enter the WBSS state, and then spend all of laps 2 and 3 supersliding. We knew supersliding was considerably faster than superhopping, so this was going to be the fastest route regardless of how much lap 1 ultra lost.
5. Monster showed you could get the super fast 1 shroom clip onto the banner from the ground rather than on the sidewalk. This saved turning around twice and hopping onto the sidewalk, and is far more precise than it looks.
6. We made the TAS. Monster did 99% of the work, which is why he got the honour of uploading it. Ejay helped Monster with the ultra and I helped Monster once he got to the supersliding parts. I tried to get others to work on the supersliding as it was far more accessible than superhoppin, and this is when shxd, ThatsSlick, and Malleo chipped in. The TAS was restarted back to the tree bounce after all of that happened, so their contributions never ended up in the final TAS. Marth, Ejay, and Justin helped throughout the rest of the TAS (Marth was the one who found the cool sidewalk strat at the end). All in all, this TAS is proof that we have got past the apparent roadblocks whenever a project seems too daunting. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who made this possible!
P.S. If you play the laps 2 and 3 in slow motion you'll see something Monster found - you can move over 200 units (top speed is 120) in a single frame just by being pushed by the cones!

Wow, this TAS is absolutely bonkers. I loved the lap 1 glitch which then had a cool setup for the superslide. This TAS has a giant timecut of 22.435 seconds!

This was soo good! That initial clip on lap 1 was insane, didn't even know you could clip that 😂 (well, I guess as long as it's a wall you can clip pretty much anything 😅)! Also I love supersliding it looks so cool! This was so intense, finally one of my favourite ultra SC makes it into a 3 lap, congrats!!

There are still so many tracks without runs using up to date strats (e.g. 3lap viable ultras, superhopping, supersliding) so you have a lot to look forward to!

私も過去にワリオバイクでしか安定して地面に埋まれなかったことがあったけど、バイク毎に当たり判定が異なってたんですね……
地面に埋まってる間にアクセルボタン押すと地面から抜けちゃったり減速しちゃったりするイメージがあったんですけど、そうならないのもワリオバイクの専売特許だったりしますか?
そうですね、ワリオバイクだと車体の上のほうで地面に引っかかっているので他の車体よりも安定して地面を移動できます。なんなら特定の条件下でならミニジャンプもできるので、それだけ深くめり込るのは自分が知る限りだとワリオバイクだけですね。

背景に当たり判定付けたり車体ごとに細かく当たり判定設定したり、任天堂の仕事の細かさが上手く自由度の拡張に繋がってますね〜。
