I love your new haircut and you look so happy it’s obviously what you’re ready for. I hate going to the hairdresser too..I’ve got very long hair curly hair and all they ever want to do is straighten it. So I cut it myself now. Well done being brave and trying a new look 👍🏻

I like your new style It always takes a while to get used to a new look , I also cut my own hair and made a boo boo last time and it's to short I can't wait for it to grow back 😂
Thank you. I know it will take a while to get used to, and I have to keep telling myself that.I don't really want to put my dreads back as I am bored of them, and I think I may enjoy messing around with different hairstyles for a while! lol

wow quite a process involved in removing your dreads,your hair looks much lighter and it will look lovely once it settles a bit,your dog is so beautiful,what an affectionate boy,I have to say you do NOT look anywhere near 54,I am 54 and I look 64 Lol
Thank you so much! It was a big task! 😂😂 I’m still not used to not having my dreads but my head does feel a lot lighter and I’m enjoying washing, brushing and styling my hair!
I feel my age atm, even though I may not look it! 😂😂 menopausal mitsi! 😂 everything seems to be hurting!

Why don't you have a mobile hairdresser too come to the house as a salon makes you so uncomfortable? Also they tend to be cheaper.
I think even if they come to my house, I'll still be anxious! lol
I would have more anxiety over the condition of my hair than I would about someone helping me out. I think maybe the truth is, it’s embarrassment that causes the anxiety.
It’s thin due to all the hair pulled out.
I think it turned out well.
@@sassybanjo3586 I’m not embarrassed to go to the hairdressers at all as there is nothing wrong with the condition of my hair. I suffer with PTSD and find one to one interaction with people hard, I am the same with doctors, dentists and beauticians! I’ve never had my nails done etc 😂 my hair isn’t thin, it just felt thin because I was used to thick heavy dreads. The hair that came out was natural loss over the last five years that gets caught up in the dreads. Yes it did turn out well finally 😅 thanks for watching

don't put dreads back in again 🤯 they have
wrecked your hair ,
try putting conditioning treatments in & leaving it in for awhile ,
again don't do it , you will get used to it
